Funny vid! Just wanna add though, Tandem OLED doesn’t sound very Apple because it isn’t an Apple term. It’s an industry term for a theoretical display that uses 2 layered OLED panels with each one controlled independent from the other. It’s been a theoretical thing until now, which is honestly incredibly cool.
Yep, it’s legitimately super impressive that they’ve packed all that into that tiny display. I can’t wait to see it in person (even if I probably won’t buy one)!
I had the same reactions, haha. Thank you for this video! I’m really hoping they’re going to upgrade the iPad Mini still; I love my M1 iPad Pro 11” but the Mini is like no other and is so versatile.
I upgrade to the iPad Pro 11 inch. With the new pencil. I’m going to try out the new keyboard. Until I can find a case on Amazon that is not App’s corduroy cases. That fall apart and look like crap within three months.
Have a look at the folio from Paperlike- it’s a really nice form factor with a soft touch fabric finish. I’m waiting for them to bring out a mini edition.
No doubt it’s great for artists. But I think it’s odd that a) the new Apple Pencil (legit for pro artists) is only compatible with the brand new iPads and b) they made an iPad Pro thinner than the iPad Air.
Which of these new products (if any) are you planning to order?
Err none. My M1 is just fine and actually the one before that works fine too.

Honestly I would have fallen off my seat if they’d brought out a new one at this event. Maybe we’ll get one later this year? Hopefully.
