    This video is a great encouragement to keep focusing on form and controlling the weight more so than adding more weight to the bar and noticing your form compromising to accommodate the higher weight

    The summary at the end was beneficial. Control the eccentric, go for full range of motion, and explode on the concentric 🔥

      Both! I don’t have a crazy monitor.
      I just do what I can throughout the week.
      Some weeks I have plans bc I’m busy and I’d go light.. but if I’m free that full week.. imma go hard for my Sundays when I have my jump day.
      Does that make sense?

    What you think about people w knee replacements squatting

    • @JumpAbility
      @JumpAbility  2 місяці тому +2

      The goal would be to handle movements pain free. So something like our Knee Ability Zero program would be a great start for you. I would suggest to be able to handle a body weight squat pain free first. That should be you’re measurement on if you’re able to handle more load or not

      Use the atg floss bands. I think there is a video that explains how to build from there.

    • @JumpAbility
      @JumpAbility  2 місяці тому

      @@cliffcox7643We need to focus on the top half of the knee bend with backwards walking/treadmill/sled, Patrick step, and step-ups. This will gain strength on the top half of the knee bend so you can work your way into a full hamstring over calf knee flexion.

      @JumpAbility  2 місяці тому

      @@JC-db7sofloss bands would be last resort in some cases, you should go through the regression to see what you can handle pain free. If you can get the blood to pump and muscle active without the floss bands, then you’re better off not using it.

    Hi court, so basically it’s $300 cause it says “mandatory 24 week program” or am I looking at the wrong thing?

    • @JumpAbility
      @JumpAbility  2 місяці тому +1

      I mean if you look at it like that then I guess, but 50$ a month for the subscription and for the best results yes, 24 weeks. You don't have to do 24 weeks though, you could do less. I'm not forcing anyone to do it. Imma give as much free information motion as I can on my UA-cam and then show my product by practicing what I preach and having real results.
