This is why I do powercleans, literally every movement in the standing vertical jump is replicated with this exercise. It's gotta be the single best vertical training exercise besides MAYBE squats.
Exactly! Definitely a good exercise but for some people it’s difficult to do properly. I try to stay a bit more simple. But you get the point!
I’m here for it! First seen you rolling around with Slim! Tell bro I said whad up
Will do!
Opinion on doing bursts of sprint?
Though not loaded and full range of motion it seems to also target the specific upper body parts mentioned here. As well as being an intense leg, hip flexor and core workout.
When and how can I judge that I can push harder in "joint dominant exercise"
Good stuff! Do you have to do a lot of isometrics for your knee these days to prevent/manage knee pain? And do you have any jump volume like plyos throughout the week other than your jump day? Cause mane I be trying to load manage, do isos and whatever, but then I get back to playing volleyball and after one session I'm back to square one with knee pain 😭
I don’t do much isos… backwards walking and some split squats are good.
You have to take time off and focus on gain full pain free knee ability it training. Once you gain it in the gym, you can start more into your sport
I heard if you continue to do it throughout the Years of your Life Span you will gradually do it better.
I just don't Run 😂
I do run, trust me it's awesome and kind of meditation
@@FitFighter15 I never need it because I get it from Bicycle. I believe running long distances tears up your body.
@@tylerreamer8292 agree with you, but might differ for individual. It's been over 25 years now of running being a part of my workout as first being in the Army, then martial arts now just for fun. However yes sometimes I also picks my BTwin for a long ride
