The Fallout show has really given me admiration back to the Fallout franchise. I miss the quirky 1950’s aesthetic that it gave in both style and music and look forward to experience it all over again!
I like the new Enclave armor but I never had so many issues with the game on my series X until the update.
This is the calmest, most patient take on the update that I've seen yet! Good on you!

Like everyone else all most mods disappeared post update so I started again which wasn’t a bad thing. I noticed today that the mods started acting up again which is frustrating. The game in general seems more stable I have only crashed a couple of times and I can see for miles which is nice. I haven’t been anywhere near the city but I hope it’s more stable
I'm glad it is finally playable because the boston crashing was annoying but I couldn't deal with the stuttering so I went back to Skyrim.
The random light dimming I believe it's tied to HDR I found an 8 month old reddit post addressing this issue so apparently it's been around awhile. It said to go into your consoles accessibility settings and turn on night mode set dim and filter to zero while keeping HDR blocked doing this fixed the issue (so far) been playing a few hours and it hasn't happened again. So to anyone with this issue give this a try.
I wish they would fix the game freezing in downtown Boston. Anyone else have that issue?

Ha! the miniature vault dwellers.. have not seen that glitch before.
I am still on a pre - next gen patch version (on PC), I might wait to see how this all plays out - plus I am sure there are some of my 200+ mods that will never be updated at this point. I did buy a cheap FO4 copy from GOG games, so I am hoping to run my old modded game along side a fresh current version game - mostly to play Fallout London when it drops - fingers crossed on that one... It's one of the quirkiest Bethesda bugs I've seen 😂 Now I want little mutated fairy settlers to gather herbs and mushrooms for me. Always a good idea to put the game down when they update consoles. I'm playing a little Skyrim today and it feels so calm and reliable in comparison, though the opposite was true a few months ago lol. Have a good one Ash!
My America rising 2 play through kept bugging out so fallout London is probably gonna be delayed by quite awhile

I can’t find Green in the commonwealth 3.0. Only 2.3 and 2.9. Im on Series S. I can find it on my phone but not on Xbox. I been using Another Green Mod forever. I want to switch things up. Simple Seasons still works also, but its not enough
I know I had some trouble finding the 3.0 version too, but now I can't remember which key words I used to find it again, as it won't show up under the mod author's name either. I'll let you know if I can get it to pop up again. I agree, it's the superior flora mod, it's so seamless and stunning. I used Simple Green/ Simple seasons for a long time, but this one definitely won me over 🌿
@@GabrielaBlanco Im currently using AGM-Another Green Mod, its beautiful. And it has really good performance, but I will take a small framerate drop for Green in the commonwealth. If I figure out hw to find it, I will let you know. Thanks for responding.
Is the vault 111 damaged billboard back? Or still "blank" ?
It must be some issue with all vault signs because Vault 88 is mismarked as Vault 114 in my game, as well as for other players throughout the different vaults. What a random bug!
@@GabrielaBlanco hope they resolve that and bring them back, there is some kind of "Magic" sense whit damaged billboards i can't explain, they kind of tell a story, but when they are just "blank" You feel kind of Lost and just ignore them
Lol! I dunno wth it is, but *knock on wood* i have never experienced any of these bugs or performance issues. They seem to be widespread but I play on PC, and other than FPS slowdowns during HUGE battles, nothing...
I couldn't even open up the mod menu hopefully this gets fixed
Never in my life would l have thought that Bethesda would release a dodgy patch. 😂 I'm still using my one X and a couple of mods l use must have been updated for the patch because it's doing the random drop out thing.

If I install the new update, will all the mods I'm using now be deleted and I have to reinstall them? Please spare me that.
I believe you can load your game without entering the mods menu, my save still works when I do that. I haven't tried accessing the mods menu yet until I hear more, but I can wager some mods will definitely break. If your save is heavily modded maybe wait a couple of days before loading it.
Bethesda becoming the new ubisoft selling microtransactions in singleplayer games. That's the reason they updating this decade old game.
Bethesda was doing that all the way back in 2006.
@@TopNotchStoner I wouldn't buy anything from creation club. Its low quality rubbish compare to mods that are way better. You just have to look at the hellfire helmet and it has a missing mesh that covers the back of the head.
@@Just-Ignore-It_88 I'm not talking about Creation Club. I'm talking about the horse armor that was available for purchase in Oblivion in 2006.
I think mine auto updated as i do not see any updates available. So far so good and my mods are not acting up

nah, It's because the Fallout show brought allot of new attention to the game. And they want to present a more stable, working game to the growing new player base.
~ Thinking about it, they also have the work they did on Starfield. Porting a bit of hat over to Fallout 4 wouldn't be to costly for them.
- They are probably working on the next Fallout game, taking some of that work and applying it to F4 would also be wise. Keepng players happy with a stable game is a little more imprtant than keeping the script hvy modders happy. Lighter mods still work fine.
Fortunately, you can simply downgrade and block the update
every time they update, it crashes all mods, why cant they make the game stable then leave it for PC xD
