When you asked her if he had touched the kids, she didn't say no. She said " not that I'm aware of " she is still setting him up for allegations at a later date.
Any lawyer who deserves a license to practice law would tear any future allegation of CSA apart. She openly admitted that she said that because she was angry, if she actually thought he was doing anything to the kids a rational person isn't gonna keep quiet about it until someone makes them angry.
This video call is exhibit A for the defense if she ever makes an allegation of sexual abuse of their children against this guy.
Army veteran of 3 years here. Never participated in an abuse investigation; however, i can say that the Uniform Code of Military Justice and Department of Defense will heavily favor a dependent spouse most of the time.
Also, the fact that he hasn't been charged criminally says a fair amount.
8 year Army vet here. Unfortunately, I HAVE been not only part of an abuse investigation, but the focus of said investigation. CID found nothing and fortunately I had known most of my co-workers, NCO's and Officers for most of my (4+ year) career at that time. She would call my First Sargent on the 30/31st of the month because she had not yet received a check from me (she lived 2 doors down). I threw a barracks "the divorce is final" kegger party the day that it ended and Top was happy to tell her several days later that she was banned from post and that he no longer had to take her calls.

I was in the military and I can agree that rather than bring a case they would rather side with the spouse and press the soldier to washout with a bad discharge. It’s common that they will take the discharge over facing a court martial and the penalty that could follow it.

And it will continue to stomp on every single person who succeeds in gaining a pro-male following. So, this was really inevitable. Doesn't make it any easier to stomach, of course, but it highlights the need for us to work together and find safe havens out of the public eye where we can communicate and cooperate without interference. We need to grow our numbers, our awareness, our intelligence as to what we're facing, our strategic thinking, and our will to act. We can't do this on UA-cam or any other social media platform. (Don't get me wrong: it's good that Roma and others like her have their accounts, as long as they're allowed to have them. I'm just saying this cannot be the be-all and end-all of our communication with each other.)

Bingo! My problem is she admitted to falsely accusing him and just doesn't want anyone to pay attention to that part.
As someone who was falsely accused so my ex could save face to her family and friends when she really just cheated, it does have major negative consequences for men. I genuinely believe the only reason I was bailed out is because the guy she cheated on me with discovered she was pregnant and didn't want to risk being cut out of his kid's life, and him coming forward ended up revealing several key lies that resulted in her story being impossible. Up until that point I was facing some serious shit, not just social ostracization, but my job and I could have easily ended up on the hook for child support for a kid that wasn't mine.
False allegations should be taken seriously.

Bro I’m so sorry you had to suffer through that. That is truly horrific and must’ve been devastating. God, your story makes me wonder if the kid I had with my ex is even mine. I’ll never know though for sure because my ex gave our son up for adoption. I tried to fight to stop it but a judge denied me my right to my son. Spent tens of thousands of dollars and months of litigation. My ex was such a whore and had such a high body count. I never caught her cheating but who knows what she was doing behind my back.. She said she wanted a baby so we got pregnant. But for all I know maybe she cheated on me. The pregnancy test came back positive only two weeks after the day I figured we had conceived. Which seems kind of early but maybe not. For all I know my ex wanted to give the kid up because she cheated.
@@james_daniels Yeah, I have reflected on it a lot and genuinely believe my ex was setting me up to pay child support for a kid she had with another guy. In my case, I knew it couldn't have been mine, but she had all the leverage. Her accusations I hit her put me on the ropes, and my story relied on some "mystery guy," so for months no one believed me... Then when our family and friends found out she was pregnant, I got a whole bunch of social pressure to "do right by the kid," and I was at a point where I was genuinely prepping for that and the eventual fallout. Then the mystery guy came forward and, effectively, confirmed my story, atleast to everyone that mattered.
I try to not get too jaded about it, but I owe a lot to the fact the other guy came forward. Hopefully your fears are unfounded and it is your kid.

Different state laws control this, but you might get registered in adoption data base, because a lot of adoptees look when they get older. I helped someone find adoptee 30 years after birth, this way.
Also, as DNA databases become more common, people will look to these to find relatives. Police today do reverse search already, to ID perps through crime scene DNA, by merely matching perp's relatives in data base.
It is a flavor of hell to not know. Give it enough time and you might get a surprise answer some day.
She was not falsely accusing him. She said it in anger and never reported it to the authorities or to the coast guard. That is a misrepresentation. I am sorry you experienced false allegations, no one should ever have to experience that. However that one video of her asking him for a Wi-Fi password in a home she lived in struck me as more abusive and controlling, refusing to give her something as simple as a Wi-Fi password. He didn’t say anything about rape or abuse, he made sure she repeated the false statement though. I could not get behind Chloe berating a potential victim on a phone call.

I believe that anyone who falsely accuses someone of SA should be arrested. Because a false allegation can ruin someone just as much as if they actually did those things. She clearly admitted those accusations were false because she had a fit of anger.
Now if this guy actually abused her or the kids he should be thrown under the jail. But when the accuser admits to saying those things because they were angry how can they truly be believed?

As a combat veteran, I will say, flat out, that the military will ALWAYS take the woman's side no matter what. And while he may have done things wrong, a woman (gf/wife/ons) can be as physically abusive to the man as she wants, and the man will get removed from his home and abused by the military itself because of it. I have seen it repeatedly in the army. So, while the man could have done terrible things, it's possible that he did NOTHING and the Coast Guard chose to hang his ass out to dry to avoid bad press.

Chloe, you are doing the right thing to expose the truth on these people. In my twenty-two years of military service (U.S. Navy and Air Force), I would see Navy wives remove their wedding rings and hit the clubs, while their husbands were out at sea for deployments. In both branches I served in, I have also seen my fair share of "Dear John" letters from wives back home wanting to leave their husbands. One very common thread I have seen in all of this is the superficial (material) approach to marriage. So many of these women are gold diggers looking for a "trophy husband" to brag about, as well as elevating their social status to validate themselves as women of power. My advice to men is to be very careful and watch your surroundings in public places. These material women will present themselves as the best person in the world around you to gain your trust, only to take advantage of you later, once they feel established in the relationship. It is very sad to see this Coast Guard sailor having been discharged from service. They most likely discharged him in haste in order to deflect attention of the feminist movement away from them. Also, since the U.S. Coast Guard is under the Department of the Navy, it would have also involved the U.S. Navy itself. That would have been a very nasty public affair. What he did to his wife may not have been right, but she had no reason to falsely bring up their children in this issue, and ruin his life in the process. If this goes any further to get more attention, this could also involve the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, and possibly the FBI. She is technically lying on a federal level by making false allegations out of anger to the Coast Guard. This could get her charged with a felony by making a false report. Also, the primary mission of the Coast Guard is maritime law enforcement, enforcing regulations the govern the use of coastal U.S. and Canadian waters. So, her husband is also basically familiar with how law works. This woman may have gotten herself into a huge legal mess by acting out of emotion, rather than properly thinking things over first.

What it seem like to me, and has done for ages without seeing this:
There seems to be a need to keep abuse happening in the world.
Everyone use to turn a blind eye to men and men got away with whatever.
The world woke up, started calling it out and so that became harder to happen.
But now, it seems like they have then used that to now let women be abusive.
Two wrongs do not make a right, but this is not people getting their own back because it's not that type of male being targeted it's women picking on vulnerable males.
I spent my life growing up as a feminist, but then after 35 years on this planet I realised women are the ones doing most of the cheating, most of the lying, and having covered and they are always speaking about male privilege but have not see very many entitled men apart from the type that also enable this behaviour.

In the U.S. judicial courts the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Unfortunately, in the military, the defendant in UCMJ is considered guilty and the defendant must prove their innocence.

Roma, he *had millions of dollars* to defend himself. He had a following so large that it would've been nearly impossible for the lie to go unseen. Johnny had the benefit of connections that allowed him to defend himself against AH, and EVEN THEN, he *still got fired and blacklisted*, and not a single person who did so has come forward to apologize to him for it.
The vast majority of men do NOT have that kind of leverage.
Also, if you'll recall, his lawsuit against The Sun (News Group Newspapers) failed, despite having the evidence he did, despite having the money and means to defend himself and prove AH was a lying, manipulative b**ch that absolutely defamed him.
The High Court *failed* to do the right thing.
The whole ordeal overall still cost him millions of dollars and an entire career, so no, it's not indicative of justice being served, it's not indicative of a system we can put faith in.
The fact that these kinds of lies are given so much merit that entire lives are ruined over them, proves how little faith we can afford to put into the system. That you have to make this video, is proof that these kinds of claims are given that much merit, despite evidence proving it was a false claim.
