Yes he could. Yujiro might not be able to lift as building and throw it. But he could use techniques to beat TTM and also has amplifiers that would just make him win easier. Yujiro low -mid diff.

Something underrated about Yujiro I feel is his ability to quickly master martial arts. People like Bang in OPM are normal people who have mastered martial arts, so Yujiro who is inherently superhuman should surpass Bang quite quickly. He might even break his limiter if he witnesses Saitama fight seriously.

It's really interesting to think how characters from different series would use other universes' power systems. Like imagine if Yujiro was dropped into Hunter X Hunter and learned the concept of Nen. He would be an absolute demon.
I got one for nexts Q&A hopefully. What if super humans were a thing in baki? Instead of super powers like spiderman of superman, what if the government did the superhuman program with human mix with animal gens? Say a soldier with the ability of each cats species or even the dna of a T Rex? And they could train themselves and push through there limits. Elite soldiers train to kill yujiro if need be?
To break your limiter, you must face adversity. Saitama was an ordinary guy who had to fight to obtain his power, while Yujiro was born strong and has never been surpassed by anyone. He was born a privileged fighter, so it would be difficult for him to break his limiter when he himself believes he is the strongest

Yujiro is a would probably get up to Bang's level or higher after being dropped into the verse given that Bang represents peak martial arts.
It also seems like there's different levels of "breaking the limiter" so even if Yujiro does break it, he might not reach Saitama level.
I imagine he would go higher than Bang, as while Bang does have supreme skill when it comes to martial arts he does so in an old body. Yujiro with his demon back and sufficient training I imagine could become more powerful as he would combine insane physical strength with the same amount of skill. I doubt he will ever reach say, Tatsumaki level or Saitama level obviously unless he makes a deal with god or smth, but he's definitely a threat.

I have only watched the anime series, so I don't know if this is in the manga or not.
In the original series when Baki was about to fight Yujiro, an earthquake hit. Yujiro smashed his hand into the group really hard to make it stop and not interrupt their moment.
If this is canon in the manga as well it puts Yujiros strength way closer to the top of the One Punch Man list.

Yujiro is like Garou, they both learn very fast martial art moves and can use them, if yujiro is forced to use his knowledge and not only brute force, he will definitly go to the top 3, bang's level.
As someone who is a fan of both Baki and OPM at the same time and has exhausted everything that can be consumed about these two series, I think Yujiro pales in comparison to all the other S-tier heroes. Of course, Yujiro is incredibly talented in fighting, smart, strong, experienced, etc., but none of these are special in the OPM verse. Even the tank gun master, who is probably considered the weakest S rank hero, can defeat him just by using brute force. As a parody series, OPM characters have much more absurd abilities.
Yujiro can master martial arts by looking at him, imagine his power after mastering the martial arts of the OPM universe in combination with his demon back.

@@ThevaryangbandnpAs stated in the video, the question is really dependent on whether Yujiro has the possibility to outgrow his current self in the Baki verse and gain more powers in the OPM universe or not. I feel that it is quite boring to only consider Yujiro as shown in the baki manga, because obviously most S class heroes would swipe the floor with him. But give him the chance to evolve in the Baki universe and someone of his ambition would quite certainly move up in the ranks.

Yujiro singlehandedly has some of the greatest portrayal and feats in the Baki manga, but if you compare to any other character in shounen he's actually dog water.

Sorry to burst the bubble of Yujiro fanbabies, but The best he can do is defeat Tank top master extreme diff. Skills and combat experience are the only reason Yujiro wins. Tank top master is stronger but he doesn't know martial arts. Lack of proper skills and knowledge of combat are his weaknesses. Unhydrated deep sea king is enough to solo baki verse. The only demon level I could see that loses to Yujiro is armoured gorilla.

And then it would be entirely possible, Yujiro is no less a master of martial arts than Bang. And his ability to copy the opponent's techniques within seconds and identify weak points is also useful against someone like Bang but as I said only if Yujiro is adapted, without adaptation he will be destroyed.
As I see it, Yujiro is weaker than Blast, Tatsumaki, Saitama, Monster+ Garou, and... those around Flashy Flash level.
Yujiro would be around Human Garou level. We don't know how powerful Post-Cosmic Fear Garou is, if he retained his Monster level of power, but we do know that he fodderized S-class heroes up to Metal Bat but got demolished by Watch Dog.

I think yujiro would win against the dude that’s pretty much roided out biscuit Olivia. The tiny aikido fighter in Baki made easy work of Olivia because of his technique. Yujiro has his same techniques. The physical difference between Olivia and the aikido guy is probably similar to the difference between yujiro and the dude from one punch man
