The defendant complained every day, numerous times a day how she couldn’t take care of the dog & how he wasn’t eating & how he was destroying the house, etc. so they offered to take the dog & if not then, perhaps another family but they edited all that out. He never said he wanted to keep the dog but offered to help her because she wouldn’t stop complaining that she couldn’t take care of him. She has done this to other people & has gone through numerous dog walkers. The plaintiff not only dog walked her dog & boarded her dog numerous times because she kept asking, he did errands for her, help her with her cooking, helped her with her laundry, helped her pack & move, etc. If he was so terrible, why would she keep calling him to come back & help month after month?

@@thefonzkissno, I was friends with the defendant who does this all the time, scams people, uses them, etc. She has gone through several dog walkers. Don’t you all find it strange that she hired him, he had been working for her over a year, comes across as completely disabled (that was the first time the plaintiff saw her walk without assistance & walk normal), asks him to help her with errands & stuff around the house because she claimed she was completely disabled, her some wouldn’t help her out & asked the plaintiff to board her dog several times? She constantly was complaining how she couldn’t take care of the dog & was getting in debt & couldn’t afford to pay him & her friends didn’t want to keep giving her the money like in the past so she comes up with this idea of he tried to steal my dog. She has scammed so many people out of so much money. Why do you think she has had to move so many times in just a few years? She doesn’t pay her rent. She doesn’t pay her dog walkers. She doesn’t pay her friends back.

Whats even harder is how this guy and his family nearly used her illness and weakened state to try to get their way. Everyone needs a Betty to stand up against them! When Judge Milian finished ruling, she didn’t even look at Josh….I think she is just sick and tired of people doing this to dog owners.
    - Again, I’m so glad he and his manipulative mama didn’t get their way. 😡😡😡 haha take your stupid $200, not getting the dog! “It’s Lori’s dog!”- Betty. Hey Josh, just a quick question for you…. How about Lori’s best interest?
Have you ever wondered how other judges would have articulated everything and how they would have ruled. Based on that promissory note, they would have ruled the same, but how would they have articulated how dog-knapping really does happen. Absolutely love Judge Milian.

But did the owner of the dog you were watching text, call & message you & a family member that they couldn’t take care of the dog, the dog wouldn’t eat for her, the dog was destroying the house every day multiple times a day? Take the dog back & then call you crying to take the dog again? And then after you watched the dog, helped her cook, helped her with laundry, helped her with errands, had a friend pick up the dog & not pay you and then ghost you? Cause that’s what happened but they didn’t show all that.

@@mumcar-mk2vo You knew she loved her own dog. Better way would be to just offer to temporarily look after it, maybe reduced rate rather than suggesting to keep the dog, or giving to another family to adopt.

I get unibomber vibes from the plaintiff and his mom is an enabler.

People get nervous and scared for a variety of reasons. You can't expect everyone to act the same way that you think you would, Judge.

well i will tell u who was scared , the so called friend was scared that she was gonna get sued for taking the dog out of their house without rendering payment so she pressured the defendant to sign the agreement to get herself off the hook . and maybe she was right because the defendant seems like she would just blame the friend for taking the dog from the plaintiffs and she would be scott free .

Why do you have such disrespect for people you do not know at all. You know you have to go to college to take law courses, then law school, then learn law in a law office how the attorneys work, then you get your own law office, then if you are lucky, you will one day become a Judge. She was in the DA and then the family court. Learn that they earn to act the way they do for a reason, they earned it.
