  • Rodtang Jitmuangnon is much more than a juggernaut -- he is a master of feints, with a broad arsenal of Muay Thai weapons, all of which he can throw with massive power.
    To celebrate his upcoming Flyweight #MuayThai world title defense, we breakdown 10 of his hardest hitting combos, step-by-step.
    🤔I'm curious what you think... Does Edgar Tabares stands a chance?

    Shane, I’m 23 and I’ve been watching you since I was like 14/15 and you was doing self defense for street fight videos. The amount of progress you made both as a fighter and content creator is insane. Keep doing what you are doing

      It's actually quite common in Muay thai. For example you have Lerdsila who does it a lot, he even did it multiple times in a row.

    it's just an absolute pleasure watching Shane do his thing, the way he moves and executes each technique is just spot on, and so nice and fluid
    you can tell he knows what he is doing and is in control of each movement as opposed to just letting them out

    I've come a long way since starting to watch Shane and took a huge break to let my development run free, so to speak. Coming back to check things out, I'm pleasantly shocked at the athleticism Rodtang displays. It's moment-to-moment like how I train/move and it gives an obvious advantage of high-confidence sequences of movement and reaction. He's got himself completely figured out and knows when and where blows are incoming to the extent that his framing and poise is under a high degree of automation, allowing his mind to focus on the damage he's dealing and therefore go all-in on offense when the opportunity is clear. He is no warrior, he is a champion, through and through.

    Hey Shane! I had a question about boxing. When throwing a hook, how do you get rid of the 'tell'? I watched your video about not 'pumping' before the jab and cross, and I watched another video about how you should throw uppercuts properly, but I'm finding I have to 'wind up' my hooks still and it's pretty darn obvious they're coming. Do you have any tips for this specifically?

      I'm working on a mini-course covering this exact topic. It will be short format, but in-depth clips with ways to increase your gastank while zapping your partner's energy.
      Because a tired opponent is an easy opponent.
      It's almost ready, and I'll be announcing it soon along with a few other courses I have coming out.
      Just a heads up that I will be charging a very low price for this, but at only around $5 or less 🙏 Do you think that is a fair price?

    What I cant do is conditioning like rod tang. Everytime it's a low kick leg day I end up on the ground from pain. Ive done stretching before and after, yet against anyone I still crumble. Coach says I have chicken legs and itll go away eventually, hopefully I can stop being knocked to the ground!

    • @thejoojoo9999
      @thejoojoo9999 Рік тому +1

      I'm not sure stretching is gonna make your legs more resistant to impact. I think you need to get more muscles in the leg to have it more resistant, and also go progressively. Maybe try to do squats/chair position often, and also ask a partner at the end of every 2 sessions or something to low kick you (maybe a few times on each leg, inside and outside). First quite relaxed and light kicks, then you can very slowly build up to harder low kicks.
      Also you can check out Gabriel Varga's channel, pretty sure he made a video or two on leg conditionning
