Thank you for these combos. Enjoyed it how you repeated it and showed it on the punch bag. Can't wait to try these moves out on my wife.

Not much different then if you have one of those dumb bag stands.
I use to have mine like that, on purpose. My thoughts being that I could work better power because the wall would be like someone holding the bag.
I'm moving mine, I hated it there definitely was nervous about kicking my garage wall, its sheetrock over brick! 🙃

Most of these I couldn't use during the sparring.. Due to elbows and knees. But they're really great combos for beginners like me. Thank you!

For the second one it makes it smoother if you switch your feet while jabbing since your opponent is still distracted, ups your chance of landing that kick when you fire it off because it’s already where it should be and you can use that same hand that’s already out to comb your hair.

i was watching it in slow mo trying to visualize and shadowbox it out, and i was going, "jab, pivot foot, rotate torso and swing the kick". I was memorizing the audible timing when that "pivot foot" hits in the middle. Didn't even think of just removing it entirely. Awesome!
