Oh man, something about TABATA makes you just go ALL OUT for that short 20 seconds. I don’t fatigue as fast as the 50/10 workout intervals but MY GOODNESS you killed us with this TABATA! Absolutely loved it 🥰

Anna you are amazing athlete!!!! I thought one handed burpee is one tough exercise, but when you did one legged burpee I realized, how insane you are fit. Honestly, I cried during pike pushup hold.

I can't thank Anna enough for making me strong enough to do this Advanced Tabata. 🙏I started off almost 1 year ago without being able to do many squats or lunges to being able to do lunge jumps, squat jumps and one-handed burpees! I wish I could do the squat hold properly, but I know I'll get there. 💪 Now for the next workout video for today's schedule 🥵
Fun workout! I didn’t find it particularly challenging in the cardio department, but some of the moves were more advanced and I wasn’t able to do them. The one handed burpees were out of my skill level and some of the push up/pike exercises were challenging for me to complete with good form.

In my opinion, This workout wasn't one of the hardest, but it was of the most enjoyable. I didn't feel worn out in the end of the exercises. On the opposite, even though I am sweaty, I feel ready for 1 more hour of workouts.
Here in ‘25 wanted to quit at 29 second mark. Persevered with a couple seconds extra pause a couple times. ‘25 goal to get the tuck jump. I sub star jumps.
