Oh man, something about TABATA makes you just go ALL OUT for that short 20 seconds. I don’t fatigue as fast as the 50/10 workout intervals but MY GOODNESS you killed us with this TABATA! Absolutely loved it 🥰
I absolutely love Tabata. That being said when I saw advance I got a little intimidated. Then I remembered that I can always modify if I have too and still get a great sweat. And as always Anna you did just that. You gave us another amazing, challenging and sweaty workout. Thank you
It's amazing how Anna made me grow. 🙌 When I started my journey with her, one arm or one leg burpees were impossible, or only the thought of squat+lunge jumps made my legs already heavy. And now I can low push up hold+ in and out jumps: Are you kidding me? Anna, that's how you change ppl, from I can't do it to let's smash it! For someone (ME) who takes forever to break a sweat, your hiit workout are the best! I always go for the super sweaty one cos I start sweating at 50-70% mark and IT FEELS GOOD!! I can’t wait to try out all your workout and looking forward to new ones!!

I KNOW with her I tried and pushed myself to do harder hiit and longer training than in the last 8 months before that...I was really slacking and reverting to the easy "go to workouts" and not pushing myself...

Anna you are amazing athlete!!!! I thought one handed burpee is one tough exercise, but when you did one legged burpee I realized, how insane you are fit. Honestly, I cried during pike pushup hold.
I can't thank Anna enough for making me strong enough to do this Advanced Tabata. 🙏I started off almost 1 year ago without being able to do many squats or lunges to being able to do lunge jumps, squat jumps and one-handed burpees! I wish I could do the squat hold properly, but I know I'll get there. 💪 Now for the next workout video for today's schedule 🥵

Fun workout! I didn’t find it particularly challenging in the cardio department, but some of the moves were more advanced and I wasn’t able to do them. The one handed burpees were out of my skill level and some of the push up/pike exercises were challenging for me to complete with good form.
