Freezing breaded squash and zucchini

- 10-12 squash and zucchini
2 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups of yellow corn meal
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3-4 eggs for the egg wash
I also added 1/4 cup garlic powder and a 1/4 cup of seasoned salt. This is optional as I said in the video. My family just likes it real seasoned.

She said fry it frozen after you take them out from freezer storage. You could try baking frozen, you would have to freeze them flat with wax or parchment paper in between so you can put them right on baking sheet frozen.
I think I heard her say if they thaw they get mushy or too soft. around the 10 minute mark or after.
