I tried the exercise the way you explained and it helped my ability to bend and straighten up.
Excellent! No one teaches like you 🙏
Beautifully explained.
Thank you for the nice explanation
I do it every day even before watching this video.
Very well explained 🙏
Very helpful!

Excellently done, very clearly explained. Thanks. Did Subscribe.
Yogi Sandeepji, your video is an absolute guide to learn the Uttanasana pose. Impeccable explanation. As someone advised, it will be more perfect if you can refilm this with a black shirt against a white wall. After 3 other videos where white yogis are explaining vaguely, I arrived at your video and found the answer. Very nice. Keep up the good work, please.
Thank you for nice explanation of the asana sir. Very useful. I have a suggest for you to wear a different color t-shirt. White shirt on white background, I'm not able to see how your back is maintained straight, everything (background and shirt) looks white and not able to see the pose completely when you are bent.

Hello...I really enjoy your teaching. I was hoping that you would be teaching the online course for the 200 hour but I didn't see your name listed. Is that correct. OR do you teach another training? Hope to hear from you. Namaste.

Thanks fr ur explanation I perfectly got that pose wd out too much stress on my knees.
Who cares
How do you support the head in high bp
Sir, my query 1. The first step is it Samasthiti ?or Thadasana ? as u mentioned. 2. Should we not raise hands and stretch before bending down ?
Can i did this asan hold positions for 10min
the posture is explained from 2:55
Will this reduces high bp
Good morning Sir. I saw your video yesterday only when I search for Udhannasana. Today I tried and I could do that stretch from knee to Feet by Inhale and exhale method. Thank you so much. But on going other review you mentioned cardiac patients to avoid this. But after a heart attack in 2012 I gone angioplasty with 3 stents. But I avoided some asanas of raising legs on the back..etc., whether Udhannasana should be avoided ?
Sir, I'm a beginner. Is there any health issues if I practice yoga without supervision of experts. I mean without direct contact with a teacher. Please reply sir.
Namaste Anle ShAji.
Usually it is better learn it under Supervision.
Nice explanations sir. Keep doing more videos. Very useful.
Cardiac patient can perform this?
Manjula Purohit ji.
It should be avoided by Cardiac patient.
Sandeep Solanki great job sir,thq
Hip go bacward or remain still otherwise all the forse go on toes and finger
For the good stretch on legs ( hamstring) body weight should be shift on upper mount of the feet ( toes)
