My only concern is like most of your videos you haven't added the benefits notes on the screen while you explain it. You narrate very well too but some words which are new to me are not understood. The note screen does help. Request you to take that extra effort like you have in most of your videos as it really helps.thanks

Hello Sir. When one uses a board to uplift while sitting, should the palms be on the mat which will have some elevation or should it be on the ground? Having excess fat near stomach makes the straight posture difficult by sitting on ground level. So using a board.
