      Junaid Sheikh I didn’t know in India people are this good... he is the best. After I found his UA-cam channel yesterday I watched straight six hours and learned a lot and I unsubscribed so many UA-cam channels that I subscribed before. This channel is more than enough for learning and building proper muscles, he is the best. Like you said he is teaching us like big brother teaches his own small brother and sisters.

    Sir mai koi bhi suplyment use nahi karata hu. Only creatin use karata hu. Mai sirf egg nahi kha pata hu sir kyu ki mujhe pachata hi nahi hai. Isi liye sir post workout me meal lene me protin ki kami pad jati hai. Thanku sir ap bahot achhe insan hai

    Jeet sir jab first tim gym jate hei ya koi sport khelte hei to body pain hota h lekin wo eik do din baad thik ho jata h. Uske baad aap gym kariye ya ya kuch bhi kriye pain ni hota. Lekin mere sath essa ni h mei jab jab jo jo part marta hun dard ho jata h. Lik agr mei aaj tricep lagaunga eik hafte k baad. Phir waha pain start ho jaega.

    If you eat protein rich food half an hour before workout or just drink 20 gram whey 15 minutes before workout, then no need for bcaa intra workout.. And if u meet protein requirement (1.2 to 2 gram per kg of bodyweight, on an avg 1.5 gram per kg of bodyweight) per day then bcaa is not needed at all..

    Jeet sir, thanks for the info.! I need one important advice from you, I've been quite confused about this as no one mentions that. I workout in the morning around 6:00 AM, so I need to take preworkout say c4 empty stomach. Is it okay to take preworkout empty stomach or I should take something else before or along with that.
