I have a workout plan but I have started using your techniques to work our different muscle part and trust me the activation and the feel of the muscle is way better than it ever was, there were so many exercises I was doing wrong or should say not the way it is supposed to.. Hi sir I just checked your video.. it's very inspirational and full of hope.. in following diet plan for two months and for two weeks I go gym as well for cardio workout.. in initial month I reduced 5 kg. I was at 85 now it's 80. But after a month weight is constant. I do evening shift. So I take lemon water approx 11 am in morning then at 12 I take kellogs oats or corn flakes.. at 2 I go gym.. and from 3 onwards o start my office. Between 4 and 5 I take my lunch, same as you mentioned apart from eggs BCS I'm vegetarian.. then around 7 I take one apple of juice.. at 9 I eat sprouts..I reach home at 1 n feel so hungry so I sometimes take poha or masala oats ya khichdi or daal. During day I take green tea or black coffee as well. Can you please suggest me how can I tonify my body structure

Yes absolutely, as I mentioned M. calories are not constant and will vary according to you weight, activity level and age. Key- Always recalculate it by using the same method as explained in the video.
