Avoid fast food garbage and eat real foods. This is why I created Lineage Provisions. Giving you real foods in the most convenient way. Check us out: lineageprovisions.com/psmdyt
Chipotle is often considered a “healthier” fast food option, but most of their foods are cooked in three difference kinds of seed oils…
These oils contain very high amounts of linoleic acid, which impact our hormones and metabolic functions negatively, making it harder for our bodies to produce energy and function properly…
This leads to constant hunger, overeating, low energy, poor hormonal health and ultimately weight gain…
Evolutionarily, humans have never consumed such high amounts of linoleic acid…
We have evoled eating very nutrient-dense animal fats, rich in many essential fat-soluble vitamins and healthy saturated fatty acids…
These foods allowed us to thrive and evolve for hundreds of thousands of years…
    It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…
This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...

Former Chipotle grill cook. We used a shit ton of oil (seed oils) on EVERYTHING we cooked that uses oil: rice, steak, chicken, and fajitas (the barbacoa and carnitas are premade and boiled in a bag). Each batch of rice used multiple CUPS full of rice bran oil (I forget how many exactly but it was at minimum 2 cups, could’ve easily been even 4 cups, and for some reason some grill cooks like to put more oil than prescribed because they thought it tasted better) each batch of rice makes roughly 10 1/6th pans which are the metal pans the menu items are serve in. When cooking on the grill, we DOUSED the grill in oil so the meats/fajitas didn’t stick and cause it made our job easier. At the time, I didn’t know what I was contributing to… sorry.

I know how you feel… there is a lot of confusion today. Eating healthy shouldn’t be complicated. If you think intuitively, humans have been eating animal foods for hundreds of thousands of years. These foods allowed us to evolve and thrive since the dawn of time. They are the best source of the most essential nutrients for humans.
Animal foods and unprocessed plant foods (especially fruits) make an amazing diet for humans.

I somewhat agree, though I think this is somewhat skewed by a bias towards eating out.
Not gonna pretend like I can tell what’s GMO or whatever, but if you go to the store and grab some apples and some kind of grass fed meat, you’re not knowingly consuming high doses of seed oil.
I suppose it’s a principle vs convenience thing. If you want to avoid seed oil OVER convenience, you’ll do it and the perspective will make it easier.

So many of these so called pros aint got a clue. Pauls saladino used to eat junk food. Switched to the vegan diet then to carnivoire and ended up with animal based. He knows what he is talking about. I deal with autoimmune issues that haven't been officially diagnosed yet. But a few weeks ago, I almost broke and almost ordered some Chipotle for delivery.
Mainly because I had never tasted it before ever. But also because I didn't feel like ordering groceries and cooking at the time, just really wanted some quick food fast.
After juggling with the idea for like an hour or so. I got it back together and just ended up ordering some groceries and preparing my own food.
I'm already very sensitive to a lot of foods, due to the autoimmune problems. But seed oils is right at the top of the list with sugar as the scariest to eat.
