I had her book. And gave it to a young man 19 years old. Told him to read it over and over again. Give books away to people who you know it will help them. Thank you thank you thank you
Really? Because I started to listen theta sounds and Silva method but I feel like nothing happens but I feel it will. But I’m in that point that it feels like nothing happens
Yes. I was in that nothing nothing situation and now after this many times, something around 4 to5 percent is better. I know i am getting momentum and it will have compounding effect. I believe visualising and self talk/ affirmation are working.
At 26 minutes, make your microhabits what you are looking for in someone else. Absolutely key. Fill your own gaps; don't look for someone to be your missing puzzle piece. THEN you can attract a fair partner match because you aren't trying desperately to fill an empty hole in yourself.
I have a question for you, how do you help yourself figure out what it is you truly desire, how do you find your purpose? I am not really sure what it is I really want from life. I have struggled with this most of my life..and I am 61 lol.
Maybe you are comfortable and not aware that you have a choice on atracking and manifesting first who you are and what you desire!! Just an observation!!🙏
I've been manifesting and creating vision boards since 2000. I wrote down in 3 separate instances the type of house size, etc I wanted and when. All 3xs I got them. The last one I wrote next door my sister, 3 acres plus, 4,000 sq ft, a library and a downstairs bedroom for my parents. The house I bought is 3 houses from sister's. The only thing is no downstairs bedroom. I completely believe in the law of attraction. What you think about, you bring about.
@sabaakhter8310 Hi, I just kept looking at my vision board and feeling the emotions. I learned that from watching the documentary, The Secret. I had a photo of an island that turned out to be Figi. It was a place a friend who was going to do travel nursing in that region invited me to go. Crazy.
I’ve been unknowingly manifesting since I was a young child. As I look back on my life, I got everything I ever wanted. I came from poverty, had very little formal education and yet I got very fabulous job I ever applied for. I wanted a horse - I’ve had 4. Even acquiring the house that I’m living in now was something short of a miracle. So I’m convinced that manifesting and working hard to reach your goals really do work. It blows my mind!
Don't forget to remove negative people. I've held onto decades long relationships with people who actually perpetuated the defeatist thoughts I had. Once I stepped away from them, I then I had to forgive myself for not doing it sooner. It was definitely an obstacle and I feel much more freedom to believe in myself and my abundance now.
Im in this phase currently. Its heartbreaking. I keep falling into depressions mourning the losses But then I move forward until that space with supportive positive people. I feel that space in my heart with love and light
I would love a podcast like this for kids. I want to teach these things to my kids but they don't necessarily listen to me. Such important info for teens especially to reframe their thoughts.
Your kids can learn from Mel too I believe 12 years old me still understand this kind of podcast Since I was 11 i already read a lot of difficult books anyway
“I LOVE MY PILLOW!” I do this! My “I Love List” I have done this every morning for years. I teach it to my clients to this as well. I used to struggle with crushing depression and I truly desired to override my negative thought patterns, so I started training my brain to think “I LOVE . . . “ from the first second my eyes opened in the morning. It’s a Life changer!
Thank you. This is helpful. When I hear myself moan about something that is happening to me that I don’t like (like taking medication) instead of moaning I say ‘WOW’. Example, “wow are t I lucky having this amazing medication that is helping me right now.” Or sometimes I just shout “wow” and I ways feel better.
I did the same thing years ago after noticing how easily my kids picked up on my energy and would only be as positive and happy as I was on any given day. I started just repeating the same positive thoughts over and over all the time and silently projecting "I love you" to every person I saw through the day, which made me feel almost euphoric. My brain actually felt sore at first, like training a muscle that's not used to bending that way. I'm not exactly sure when exactly it changed, I just realized one day a few months later that my thoughts were naturally dramatically more positive.
Thank you for the reminder. I am stuck in grief and depression. I will try this again in as gentle a way as possible. My biggest bad habit is berating myself for feeling grief and depression…dangerous and vicious cycle
@@AstarteDevi I hear you, give yourself some grace. Remind yourself this is temporary & take time throughout the day to only think of it. As the day goes on, when thoughts come to you, just let them flow out. Take care of yourself & you'll be okay. Life can be hard but you're strong.
hey mel so i am from new delhi india and i am 17 years old just completed my senior secondary school and now moving to college but due to some unaviodable circumstances i went into a loop of self doubt, inaction, guilt, anxiety - i got aloof of my parents and friends and from a straight A student who loved studying her whole life i turned into an academic procrastinator and always anxious and under confident and this went for past 2 years until this new year of 2024 when i discovered your channel and started watching your podcasts and here i am better at anxiety management and not procrastinating still issues are there but i am working and here with you to take actions and make upcoming 6 months the most productive ones... you saved me mel seriously i cannot thank you enough i am just gonna work so hard and would surely get to talk to you in person someday and would remind you of this comment and be like see mel you brought me to you.....i just thank god for all of this happy happenstance. THANKS A MILLION TIMES MEL ROBBINS I LOVE YOU SO FREAKING MUCH. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. AND YES I PRINTED THE WORK BOOK LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN
You have all life ahead of you! Remember, you don't have to travel through the main road to get to your destination. You could take some side country roads and still get there. AS LONG AS YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING!!! All the best! Girl-Power! ❤❤❤
This same exact thing happened to me between my junior year of high school and going to college. I was also 17 when I went to college, which is a year or two younger than all my peers (I live in Kentucky, in America) ❤️ I’m 28 now and trying for the 4th time to finish my bachelors degree in software development. I’m very smart, I just used to procrastinate. But I’ll most likely never stop trying. I think the best thing about people like us is we are RESILIENT.
I have been doing this through out my whole life, but I called it a wish board. I moved my ideas and pictures to a photo album and years later, when through it; I got nearly everything I wanted that was in that album. It was crazy. Later in life, I wanted to work on a cold case, but I am not a cop or detective, but I had that in my mind and thought about that case. Well God, fate, not sure what, but I have been doing work on cold cases and that case, for 9 years. The story is long, but it was a series of events that let me be able to work with the detectives and be involved in these cases.
If you're willing to write the episodic adventure that led to that new love of work, I'm sure I'd be willing to read it. (Along with a lot of other people!)
I had to pause the video at about the 45-minute mark because I started to tear up. I have all this longing for something, can't pinpoint what it or they are, and all the negativity and doubt I give myself is so overwhelming that I feel like I'm just stuck in a stand-off between me and life. Life is winning because it just keeps moving forward with or without me. It's also very ironic that I was talking with a friend last night of the possibilities of what I want to do since I recently started college at the age of 34, and I was talking about being a psychologist and how the brain fascinates me. I told her about how my college navigator was telling me what type of math classes I would need (because I love math) and she had said if I wanted to go further into math, maybe Neuroscience would be my thing. My friend said, "Why not do that? But why not go into BOTH?" And that made me pause because, why NOT go into both? Then I come across this post from a leading Neuroscientist talking with you about manifestation! I am sincerely trying to learn who I am, and I believe that I might be manifesting things into my life without even realizing it, haha. I love you, Mel! You have been one of the best parts of my journey to self-love and self-discovery and I can't thank you enough.
At 45 years old I have learned the “finding yourself “ is fluid because we are always growing and expanding. Be patient, give yourself grace and keep moving forward…not in anxiety but in excitement
I am rooting for you. You will kick butt going back to school older and wiser as you are truly there because you want it. I know you will be wildly successful. ❤
How to manifest -16.00 onwards 1) Begin with being in a place of ABUNDANCE in your life 2) Be consistent in the set of practices 3) Prime your brain to be on the lookout for opportunities that can lead you to your manifestations 4) At first, it’ll be NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING. Then sudddenly, it’ll look like things are beginning to happen!
Great points, Suriati! Starting from a place of abundance and maintaining consistency in practices is key to manifestation. Thanks for sharing these insights!
I've been in such a funk for the past year (turned 43 in feb) and just recently came across your videos....they couldn't have come at a more perfect timing ❤thank you for everything you do 🙏🏼
I’m in a funk too. And I’m not in a bad place, I’m doing fairly well, yet I still feel this feeling. I’m in my early 40s too. Please don’t tell me this is perimenopause LOL
Dear Mel, you bring only geniuses to your program, but you are beyond genius. You are not only super smart, but you have the power to share with all of us. You are my friend Mel. I speak better English since I listened to you. I love your enunciation. I understand every single word you say. I love you.
This actually works. l manifest, l do affirmations of abundance and success. I am so thankful for the positivity in my life. Mind change works. I journal everyday gratitude.
Thanks. I truly believe all that has been said. 20 years ago, after 8 years of failed attempts of finding a new relationship, I attended a metaphysics workshop, I wrote a “wish list” for someone I’d like to share my life. Put it away in the cupboard. A year later. I found someone….. he is everything I could have wished for. I don’t think it was a coincidence He does his own ironing !!!! Loves cooking. Loves dancing. I won’t go on. He isn’t perfect. We are so compatible in many ways 😀. I know I am blessed but I strongly believe in the process. Good luck everyone. Have faith 🌈💜
@@mkleng Found him on a dating site. His profile sounded really genuine. A family orientated man. I never gave up hope. Kept busy in my life Did a lot of soul searching…. Self healing ….. developed as a healer. Trained as a counseller. Started painting. Generally tried to keep positive 💜

I listened a few interviews of Dr.Tara and this is the best. The difference is Mel Robbins is a real expert in her field, Thank you for great questions, I love you Mel❤
I started to believe in the power of manifestation because of Cristiano Ronaldo Since very young age every time they asked me Who is the best soccer player he answered “me!” A lot of people called him cocky and way worse than that but he really believed in that, and now look where he is?! mind blowing
@ChaneyShort from what I've heard it's great to teach your children they are special, but not more special than others kids. This can lead to narcissism.
Thank you for your honesty. Realizing the barriers we set for ourselves is the first step towards breaking them down. You absolutely deserve success and wealth. Time to create that vision board!
I feel the same way. I have the images added in an envelope, but my partner is so negative that he placed doubt in me and I never put them up. I see the problem now and will do it. All we can do is a little more each time and it’ll manifest for us, I’m sure of it!!!
The breakdown: 1. Intentional Practice: Techniques like manifestation, visualization, and affirmations prime your brain for thriving rather than just surviving. This rewires your brain towards abundance and success. 2. Emotional Intensity and Repetition: Strong emotional reasons behind your goals (magnetic desire) enhance learning and brain rewiring. This drives consistent and motivated actions toward achieving your desires. 3. Neuroplasticity: Your brain can change and grow at any age through neuroplasticity, which involves myelination, synaptic connections, and neurogenesis. This requires consistent practice and patience. 4. Visualization and Affirmations: Visualizing your goals and using positive affirmations help rewire your brain by making desired outcomes feel real and attainable, thus reducing fear and increasing motivation. 5. Gratitude and Mindfulness: Practices like gratitude and mindfulness reduce stress levels, enhance positive emotions, and improve brain function, making it easier to pursue and achieve your goals. 6. Creating Vision Boards: Vision boards, or action boards, help keep your goals front of mind. Visualizing and giving gratitude for these goals helps to prime your brain to notice and seize opportunities. 7. Overcoming Negative Beliefs: Identifying and replacing underlying negative beliefs with positive affirmations is crucial. This process overwrites old wiring in the brain with new, more empowering pathways. 8. Daily Rituals: Simple daily habits like morning gratitude, deep breathing, and evening reflection on vision boards reinforce positive neural pathways and keep you focused on your goals. 9. Stress Management: Managing stress through activities like meditation, nature time, and exercise is essential. High stress levels impair brain function and hinder progress toward your goals. 10. Social Influence: Surround yourself with positive influences. Your social circle can impact your behaviors and mindset, so choose relationships that support your growth and aspirations.
Thank you Mel! I teach in juvenile hall and work with students in credit recovery classes 6th-12th grade. As young as 6th grade many have already formed a negative mindset about their capabilities. Using your tools has made such a difference. I have posted a daily mantra and had them write it in their journal. Before tests we all say "we can do this" School is incredibly tough for these kids and I want them to see some source of inspiration. I used your key phrase on two boys in 7th grade who struggle with behavior and academics-the two are typically related. The leadership group came to our classroom to recruit applicants. I took additional applications knowing they felt too embarrassed to do it. They know their image, and I want them to take steps to change it, and realize that they can. Later in class I gave them the applications, and they both laughed and said, "Mrs. Siebert, there is no way-they will kick us out". I looked both of them straight on and said "take the jump, I believe in you." Just to see their expressions, their eyes change when I said that was amazing. I don't think they have an adult in their life that has said that. Will continue to use your inspirational tools. For my own wonderful kids, myself and my amazing students.
Fascinating video, Let's stop taking relationship and family for granted. I have battled depression since my wife left me. I have tried all I can to make her see that I love her with everything I am made of but she has insisted on leaving. This has made me so empty, and I do not know what to do. I can barely function properly at work. I am frustrated and miserable. I really miss her.
The most painful part is when you give yourself completely to someone, and they take you for granted and the up and leave! Never again will I do that unless it's a sincere two-way street with love and respect!! Today I feel sad that I accepted disrespect for so long in that 15 yr relationship! I feel sad for me❤❤
Finding a best friend with mutual respect and some shared interests but also respect for each others different interests can happen when a toxic or uneven relationship ends and we give ourselves some time to heal and become more comfortable in our own skin. When we meet someone else, both while being our authentic selves, and accept each others authentic selves, it is amazing! I was with a covert narcissist 15 years and my husband of 6 years last week was married 34 yrs to an overt narcissist. We met online and realized both of us survived all that and no way would we ever treat each other like we had been treated. We communicate well with each other and we both take the others needs in mind when we make decisions, something neither of us felt in out first marriages. Find you first and find acceptance of your strengths and quirks. Then go forth and just be you where you are so the right person can recognize the person that fits them, and you can find them. You will recognize the lack of redflags, the calm of the absence of drama.
I did a vision board that had a picture of a kitten that I included. 3 months later a rescue kitten came into my life. I Never tried yoga or meditation but I do that now.The picture is on the board.
Mel, your gifts as an investigator of wonder continue grow. Incredible questions. Your podcast is becoming my dojo of the soul. Sending you energy on your hero's journey.
Awsome vedio! Thank you! I am 64 proof you can rewire your brain. I have been on a journey for years but the last 4 years I am over coming the fat , diabetes, anger, stress etc ... I sent this to my daughter and friends. Great women doing Great things.
I have been doing “vision boards” for over 20 years. My husband listened to this podcast and came to me and said he wanted to do vision boards together. 😊 Dr. Tara explained so many concepts I have always believed but having the science behind it has made him a believer too. Thank you!!!
Just tell yourself every morning that I love you and I forgave you and I respect you and I appreciate your efforts in life and today I will do everything to make you look and feel beautiful .
mainstream stuff about self-improvement are so overrated. The best investment you can make is in yourself. Books are the ultimate learning tool. Reading Bruce Thornwood's Unveiling your hidden potential helped me build discipline and separate my mindset from 90% of other people
This is the way. Books can take decades, or even centuries of compounded knowledge, and put it into one package. These videos have a fraction of what a book has. Also depends on the book, of course
I have been really struggling for a long time and today found myself getting so frustrated with my brain and negative thinking, and then this came up on my suggestions! I had never come across this channel before but it has honestly been one of the best things that I have listened to in a long time ❤ This really hit differently!
That is so incredible 😱four weeks ago I glued Mel and dr Tara to my action board - to bring Their energy to my life. These two amazing women are the only concrete people on that board, and today I found this video ❤😄thank you my Brain and thank you Universe and All responsible for this podcast!! And of course I am now getting a bigger board 😁have a great day You Lovely People reading this 🌸
Are there any Indonesian who watch this at may 2024? And think why on earth i didn't find this podcast sooner? 😭🙌 Such an incredible content! really grateful i watch this when i am exactly at my lowest point ❤
59:00 gluing…. I just got light head and dizzy and tears in my eyes. I feel like I’m gathering puzzle pieces and working from the inside outward. I’m also very thankful to have come across this topic today. 💕
As someone who has always doubted manifestation - this is the first time that I am saving a video to watch again. This person is a real scientist, not someone who just throws around scientific-sounding phrases to impress. I am going to use this and it is going to change my life.
Okaayyy mind blown about the limbic system gut connection!!! Understanding the spinal cord and gut as an actual extension of the deep memory system of the brain is just so wonderful!
I think this might be the best podcast I've ever listened to as far as concrete, concise teachings about very complex subjects. Not only that, but Dr Tara gives you step by step instructions on how to implement the things that she's talking about. This can be life-changing for* all* of us if we simply DO the process. I believe in you, so do it with me! We can all manifest our dreams if we simply dare to try.❤
Agreed! The truth is that when we're learning something new( whatever it is), we tend to swing from one extreme to another - kinda like a pendulum until we find a balance! I'am 60 yrs old and have spent my entire life appeasing and giving to others while leaving myself at the bottom of the list. I just don't want to practice that behavior anymore, so I'm implementing more self- care lately but it's diffently a work in progress which is ok by me just as long as I try to keep moving forward💕💕🙏
Noticing puts what you want "in relationships " with you. You buy a car, or think about buying a certain car, and then see it everywhere, along with your personal relationship to that car. Great information. Thank you.
As a big consumer of you tube content, esp in the science genre, but also as an intuitive and sensitive person, I highly recommend this video - start to finish content is A+++ thank you!
I met both of you ladies via The Diary of a CEO podcast with Steven Bartlett. You are both amazing! Keep up the good work that you do!!! I can't thank you enough for the benefit that I've come to realize based on these conversations. It's medicine to our culture.
My brain is not the same! I've been looking for this type of information because as a Financial Planner, I believe that Mastering your Mindset is an essential pillar to transform your finances. It's not only learning about Financial Literacy or having a solid Financial Plan in your hands. It's all tied up to your deepest value! I knew it but I wanted scientific evidence on how and why this works! I was so moved by both of you! Thank you so much! (PS. I'm going back to exercise too!)
I love this talk so much. I’ve long known, intuitively that a lot of so called ‘mystical’ experiences are backed by science and it’s amazing it can be explained so simplistically. Thanks for bringing this to awareness 🙏
belief is the primary factor for every aspect of determination in your personal reality. sometimes it helps to say something, even when it's uncomfortable.
Impressive indeed! Mel's interviewing prowess is characterized by curiosity, thoughtfulness, and an ability to engage listeners at any level. Such smart interview skills are truly commendable. Thank you very much for sharing.
Very beautiful. Rewire your brain, Gratitude, affirmation. Raise your awareness, focus your intention, inspired actions and accountability. Thanks @Mel Robbins for hosting Dr.Tara.
Vision boards work. I manifested 3 houses on three different occasions in my life. I owned 5 houses total. Only have one right now that I visualized next door to my sister's in VA. Its actually 3 houses down.
Whatever works for you. The goal is appreciation. Which is one of the highest frequency which is where divine, God, Jesus, Budda, etc etc etc is. Once connected is when you're allowing your prayerers to be answered.
Mel, THANK YOU. My personal adventure has really taken a turn since stumbling upon your podcast from Dr. Ramani. You ladies are rocking it! Thank you for putting such healthy, positive, useful, and helpful information out there in this crazy world. 🤯 😎👊🏼
I love these ladies they are my heavenly team to prosperity, happiness, and feeling satisfied as a successful woman feels victorious and vindicated in a safe place to exercise my personal vulnerabilities without fear of shaming myself and allowing myself to be able to truly heal through and through, I am Grateful!

Can we have a podcast on each specific subject because there is so much to learn from Dr. Tara. I’m just in awe! I’m just saying Woow to almost everything she’s teaching 😅 lovely podcast❤
Dear Dr. Bieber, "Tara" in sanskrit means the rescuer. Thank you for explaining the mechanism of change. It's June 27th, 2024 and I look forward to replying to this comment six months later being a better version of myself ❤ Regards from India, Shreyasi
My very confident husband and my socially anxious self call this Making Your Own Good Luck. Putting actions into the goal/manifestation. The steps described here are just nice ways to turn your focus to your goal in a positive way and building habits to keep you on course. It sound woo-woo because of some of the terminology, that’s all.
I manifested my ID twin boys…. I put a picture of ID twin boys on my vision board and took it back off 24 hours later, I was happy having fun with my daughter as a single Mum. I met my now partner and now have ID twin boys, they are 6 now ❤️ what are the chances…I have manifested a lot of things in my life.
A brilliant podcast, Mel, the first time I have listened to your Podcast, but not the last. I have heard Dr Tara before and this is icing on the cake. At 80, I'm beginning a new board, no time like the presence. And, your two voices are most complimentary. Thank you from Mexico.
TY for your comment, and the inspiration! I'm behind you by a few years, and reading your comment has helped me reconsider my thoughts on aging out... more evidence for the plus side of staying in growth mode 💛🌟
For me, Dr. Tara is the most inspiring and humble woman I know in the virtual and in the real world. Love to listen to her and her knowledge and learn. THANK YOU!
Oh Mel, you asked every question that most of us would be thinking...how do we do? what do you mean by? This was terrific. Love to see another with both of you
This is probably one of the best interviews I have ever ever watched. Obviously both Mel & Dr Tara have gone through so much in their lives and gathered/obtained/absorbed so much wisdom and information to be able to break it down for us here so simply. Thank you so much. Benefitted so much from this.
I love Dr. Tara and I had been listening her own podcast for years now. Reinvent yourself with Dr Tara. I agree with other comments that she has such a soothing, loving voice and insane contagious laugh, giggle that I love hearing as I feel she has such an happy child in her that comes out. Mel is amazing interviewer and she asked brilliant questions as if she read my mind! Let’s spread love and all the health things that they talked about in this episode! The world needs this so much to end wars and suffering and be loving and happy again! ❤
I have watched so many videos and listened to sooo many podcasts, but nothing has been so helpful, clear, professional and uplifting as this. Both of you are amazing, the right questions asked, at the right time…and as for the answers…groundbreaking. Great duo ! Thank you so much. You’ll be included in my daily gratitude list ❤
When manifesting a partner, I don't think we should manifest a specific person rather we should manifest someone we actually need to be with us in our ups and lows. Love shouldn't be forced, it should be from both sides
Hi Mel, Just want to share my experience: last week I was checking online how much my dream car cost and all the specs. And believe me I started seeing my dream car everywhere.
The nueroscience behind belly fat, cortisol & stress blew my mind. In seconds I managed to trace 35 pounds that have been completely unaffected by 2 years on a ketogenic diet back to a specific set of very high stress events and then link them back to an early childhood trauma. I can't stop laughing, it's all so clear and my mind is completely blown. Thank you Mel and Thank you Dr. Tara
Science naming what I have been doing for so many years!!! Universe listens! Watch your thoughts 🥰thanks so much indeed! A great and fascinating interview!
This podscast is full of heavy gold 🙏 I would love to be able to SAVE and PRINT the Transcript please, to work on the MANY concepts and scientific findings and make them relate to me, this seams like a great podcast to whipe away shame and limitations like self sabotage. THX Dr. TSB and Mel & Co !!
I have been manifesting things for myself since I was a child. I’m 71, so that’s ages ago! But I didn’t know what it was called and I was afraid to tell people. I have a pretty serious personality around acquaintances… only family and closest friends know I have a laid back quirky side. So every once in a while when I tell someone that I manifested my husband or my job, they’re shocked. LOL But it doesn’t always work, and I’ve always wondered why. Why some and not others… I don’t know what’s missing when it hasn’t worked. So listening to people with a background in science explain it… it gives me a clearer feeling for it. I saved my life a couple years ago. I had an aortic dissection… a bad one that couldn’t be fixed with surgery. When I realized that they were telling me that I may not make it, I went in to action. Later the heart specialist told me it was a miracle…. he’s only seen a few. ❤️
Lol…. I should have realized I’d get that question…. This was a long time ago, before I really understood how it worked. I guess it’s the one that gave me goosebumps and made me start paying attention. I had a magazine, not sure which one, maybe Cosmopolitan. I’d had it for months and kept meaning to read an article in it called ‘Manifesting What You Want’. I finally got around to reading it and it really got me thinking about all the times I had got what I wanted ….. It said to think about what you want very carefully… all the details. What qualities it should have exactly and why. Then write it down. The author said that as an example, you may want to find a husband/partner, if so, make a list of 20ish qualities he should have. Then after you’ve done all this, put the list away in a place where you can ignore it but still come across once in a while. Re-read it when you come across it. So in to my underwear drawer it went. I was a single mother at the time and didn’t want to start dating until my daughters were finished school …. I had only gone along with the ‘manifesting’ as an experiment….. and I didn’t think about that paper in my drawer very often. Right after my youngest daughter graduated, I met a man and went on my first date in years. After we became serious, I found the paper again. I couldn’t believe how he matched every point on the list!! I showed it to him… now we joke and say I made him up.
Neuroplasticity:
1. Touch your head: "Is this what I want?"
Touch your heart: "Why?"
Touch your gut: "Do I really want this?" ;
2. Focus your attention;
3. Do deliberate practise; and DO NOT GIVE UP!
4. Hold yourself accountable - Record your habits and ask yourself why you did the things you did.
Thank you for writing this out for us! 😀❤⭐
Thanks ❤

I said that to myself many times while listening! It was like...um...Magnesium Butter....lol!!
She does audio for her audiobook “The Source”. Definitely worth a listen. It’s included w/ Spotify premium
So true.
"It kind of feels like nothing, nothing, nothing, and then suddenly, things are happening, things are changing."
Really? Because I started to listen theta sounds and Silva method but I feel like nothing happens but I feel it will. But I’m in that point that it feels like nothing happens
So true! Progress often feels slow until suddenly everything starts falling into place. Thanks for sharing this encouraging thought!

Time stamp?
Very valuable point.😀⭐⭐⭐
Don’t look , find yourself and love will find YOU !
@@SIMpip374 looks for the things that make you happy, what things do you enjoy?
I've been manifesting and creating vision boards since 2000. I wrote down in 3 separate instances the type of house size, etc I wanted and when. All 3xs I got them. The last one I wrote next door my sister, 3 acres plus, 4,000 sq ft, a library and a downstairs bedroom for my parents. The house I bought is 3 houses from sister's. The only thing is no downstairs bedroom. I completely believe in the law of attraction. What you think about, you bring about.
How did you manifest?
And peace.
Yes. This is a huge point.
as you improve yourself...the negative people remove themselves. ;)

I totally agree. May is mental health awareness month. I wish I had learned this as a teen.
Your kids can learn from Mel too
I believe 12 years old me still understand this kind of podcast
Since I was 11 i already read a lot of difficult books anyway
Create one. It's not hard
@@TimGreigPhotographyWhat an awesome idea
@@TimGreigPhotographyHer kids don't listen to her. And apparently neither do you. Lol

What did you do to be able to work on the cases? Did you do a degree? What is/was your line of work?
Sending you a big hug! I relate to you a lot! 32 and also trying to discover myself and push myself to a self-love journey.
Please follow your dream! You owe it to yourself and to the many people you could help 🙏🏾
At 45 years old I have learned the “finding yourself “ is fluid because we are always growing and expanding. Be patient, give yourself grace and keep moving forward…not in anxiety but in excitement
I hope you're already doing better or will be soon ☺️
I am rooting for you. You will kick butt going back to school older and wiser as you are truly there because you want it. I know you will be wildly successful. ❤
Its actually scary when you learn how you have been misusing your brain for so long. Im ready for this. Thank you Mel and Dr. Tara.
How to manifest -16.00 onwards
1) Begin with being in a place of ABUNDANCE in your life
2) Be consistent in the set of practices
3) Prime your brain to be on the lookout for opportunities that can lead you to your manifestations
4) At first, it’ll be NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING. Then sudddenly, it’ll look like things are beginning to happen!
Great points, Suriati! Starting from a place of abundance and maintaining consistency in practices is key to manifestation. Thanks for sharing these insights!

@ChaneyShort from what I've heard it's great to teach your children they are special, but not more special than others kids. This can lead to narcissism.
Just realised why I have not made a vision board. Because deep down I have felt I don’t deserve success and wealth xxxx thank you. ❤
THEY WORK. DR. DAVID VISCOTT INTRODUCED THE CONCEPT DECADES AGO.
The vision board is a business plan for the life that you want.
❤❤❤
Thank you for the reminder ❤
Just came upon this podcast and read your comment….Amway teaches this idea…create a vision board.
The breakdown:
Thank you for the summary. Very helpful
I’m trying to make a life changing decision and I believe this podcast is helping me in making it! Thank you thank you 🙏
Thank you Mel!
❤ Wow! So inspired by your story
Thank you for your kindness ❤️
Kids so young, who have already given up.......thank you for changing their minds, saving their lives. You're a hero.

I'm keen on meeting the counsellor you're talking about. What steps should I take?
Thank you for this information. I have just looked her up on Google. impressive.
Obsession is real. Wishing you the best.
I did a vision board that had a picture of a kitten that I included. 3 months later a rescue kitten came into my life. I Never tried yoga or meditation but I do that now.The picture is on the board.

Thank you Mel Robbins. You are amazing!
There are so many ads, every 5 min that its painful to try to get some consistent listening. Can we "reprogram" those?
Dr Tara is absolutely brilliant.
My life is going to change from the moment I listened to this
Practicing manifestation! Love it!
Yes
Hi Mel, Just want to share my experience: last week I was checking online how much my dream car cost and all the specs. And believe me I started seeing my dream car everywhere.
Stop looking for the right person and become the right person!
Tara
Unconscious patterns can kill us 🤪😉
I started watching this video saying "oh another person who wants views on the internet".

@MelRobbins @DrTara Fantastic, thank you, much love and respect 🙏 to you both ❤❤❤
This is spot on. I have been doing this for 5 months and now am full believer that I will continue to succeed at my purpose.
I was told years ago it is written in the Bible to write down for what you want…to be very very specific. Very detailed request.
Can you please give few example of how to be specific? And can we have a lot of wishes written or just one at a time? Please share please🙏
LOL
But it doesn’t always work, and I’ve always wondered why.
Hello. Any tips on how you manifested your husband ?
PS: I use a vision board now.
@@ellbarrow22 oh woow! I love hearing stories like this! I am going to try this exact method you used! Thank you so much for replying.
