Fresh eggs dont need to be refrigerated ! washed and poor quality eggs we get in Oz, USA, England, do..
His prep should also include a haircut. You’ll never see a Mr. Olympia with a ponytail, dreadlocks, or a man bun. Same goes for Kai Greene.
