    That auto on/off option actually disables the remote start and not the auto on/off feature. I was very disappointed when I tried it.

      Really? Wow yeah I definitely would be too. That's good to know though. Thanks man!

      Scooch I have to amend what I posted. I did not perform the update on the flashcal before attempting to disable. After the update it instructs to disable the hood sensor and puts it in a disable mode. Win!

    thanks this help me, question when the jeep is running your daytime light are on they white when using you turn singles they turn amber, using the Flashcal can you turn your daytime lights to amber?

      @scooch988  Рік тому +1

      Hey! Happy to hear this was helpful. So as far as the lights changing colors goes you’ll need to have a bulb that has the option to change it from white to amber, factory bulbs didn’t come with that option unfortunately

    What was your gas mileage like after you reprogram with 35’s?

    • @scooch988
      @scooch988  2 роки тому +1

      I think he said he lost like a mile maybe, very minor

    there's no way that 34.25 is the correct settings for 35" tires, I got a Gladiator with 35" and I reset it at 34.25 and it still said it's 3 miles off.

      Yea man I’m not sure, if I remember correctly I don’t think it was perfect but it was close enough that Nick was ok with it. He drove it for another few years and never had any issues

    Do the Shift point get done when you do the tire sizes ?

    • @scooch988
      @scooch988  2 роки тому +1

      Yes we adjusted the shift points to accommodate the larger tires and its worked very well

    • @GladiatorJT20

      But it’s done automatically right when you do the tires ?

      @@GladiatorJT20 oh, no you have to manually adjust the settings on the flashcal after you put the bigger tires on

      @@jeffreybrooks3004 I haven't worked with a manual specifically but I would assume it will react the same way. Only difference is you pick the shift points. Thr co.outer is compensating for the bigger tires
