I am 70 yo and had my mixer handed down from my grandmother so I really don’t know how old it is but it is wonderful. A long time ago I took it upon myself to take my mixer apart to re-grease it. It was fun, so now about every 4 years I do it and I check my connections to make sure I won’t get shocked……love your videos because they help me understand when I really need to send my mixer to you. So far, so good, but I have always babied my ‘Gretel’ have a wonderful holiday season and Merry Christmas!!

I sent my mixer to him to fix. Absolutely perfect results! The entire process is so simple. My Girl is home & ready to go for the baking season. I love this guy♥️

Great video, I have the same mixer, my mom use to make cakes as side work, that mixer was used a lot, when she passed away, I brought her mixer home, almost instantly I trashed a gear, I watched a few of your videos, ordered all the parts and a few tubs of grease, I rebuilt that mixer and it’s great, thanks for what you do.

    Great job.
I love that these machines are repairable and not just chucked out when they fail. I've had mine for 10 years and thanks to your videos it is purring like a kitten!

My mom has a mixer almost identical to this. I can hear it’s probably grinding some gears and it’s really wobbly. This mixer has been in the family for as long as I can remember. It’s her baby. I’m kinda scared but I wanna fix it and clean it up for her. Could I send you the model # so I can make sure I’m doing it right? ❤❤❤❤

Did you go the school to learn how to repair mixers? You make the videos very interesting. Stay safe.

Ours gets a weird burned rubber smell when it works too hard like spinning dough. What's up with that?
