Yep, same here! I do the same for Etsy. I NEVER buy anything from Etsy without either a direct link from someone I know is a human and the original maker OR I can otherwise verify that they are the original artist. It makes me SO incredibly angry that these big box stores and companies care so little about real people.
This is Amazon’s standard predatory practice. I decided several years ago to spend a little more and wait a little longer to avoid using this company. Their business model is not good for the American economy, small businesses (especially) and ultimately consumers. I discovered you here and went directly to your website to order parts to rebuild our 43-year-old and never serviced mixer. The parts were first class as was your prompt service and video instruction. Top notch!

I just finished re-greasing my stand mixer using the kit I purchased from your website and following your videos, and have told anyone I can about your service and kits. Not having an actual person to speak with is ridiculous for this situation and unfortunately everyone is going overboard with the AI applications. What you need are answers and they don't want to have to deal with it so they just put an endless wall of questions and details. I am a "handy" person and I fully realized that I could probably find stuff on my own that would be similar for much less money than what I paid to you. I also realize that you have put a lot of work into finding just the right materials so I felt good with giving you that extra money because you did all of the legwork to make a great product! I would be so disappointed if I had been misled to the wrong supplier by Amazon! I am glad I went direct from your website. I contacted you last year because I had just discovered you on UA-cam - I am so sorry that you've had to go through this because I've told you last year I have two KitchenAid mixers and if I ever needed any repairs I would want you to be the one to do them if I needed any parts which I'm not good at doing but anything I needed concerning these mixers that I've used for over 50 years I would want to purchase from you - I know there's a lot of people that appreciate what you do I'm just glad you're out there because at some point we need you - thank you for what you do God bless
I've *NEVER* bought anything from "Online," nor do I ever plan to do so. "Online" will never see my banking info, never get a sale from me, never make one thin dime off of me. If I can't TOUCH the product and examine it with my own two hands, I will live without it simply because of all the Chinese crap products being switched at shipping. This week alone, I drove a combined 400+ miles to get to the nearest brick and mortar store to make two purchases because I refuse to shop through Amazon. Wishing you success at dealing with these theives! Pull your business from them and sell direct! Glad you're not puttng up with their horrible business practices!
This is really helpful to see the situation from a seller's perspective. In the artist community, Amazon has a really bad reputation for allowing IP theft. They still do it and they did it 10 years ago. Thieves comb the internet for images of others' art, steal the images and sell those images on printed products. They don't even care if the image they steal is big enough for, say, a shower curtain... they just sell a blurry, pixelated image on the product. You are talking about getting branded... does that mean that the Mr. Mixer brand would be only your products? Honestly, I have not wanted to trust the Amazon "brands" due to the out of control theft.

Hi from UK. I recently bought from Amazon what I understood to be a set of original Dualit heat plates for my toaster. They turned out to be Chinese knock----offs and are not up to the job. I shall order direct with Dualit for authentic replacements. Thanks for all of you're instructional vlogs, I've found them really useful in keeping my machine well tuned.
I needed a new gasket for my fridge. The Amazon one looked……..sketch. I went to a different site. I don’t know if it was better….but it felt better. Took longer, but I’d gone a couple years with a wonky seal so what’s my hurry now? I would never sell on Amazon as a small business..

Shawn Woods of Mousetrap Monday on UA-cam said the same thing about a flip mousetrap by a partner of his on Amazon and a Chinese company did the same as what happened with yours with a ripoff mock of theirs. Using images posted by his partner company in their ad.
I do way less buying thru Amazon than I used to because of product quality they list/sell and directly ship. I tend to pay more, pay for shipping, directly with a manufacturer or actual legitimate seller site so I know I'm getting what I ordered the first time. I would also say you assuming TikTok is better, keep in mind, this too is a CHINA based company meaning the same people hacking Amazon are also most likely linked into TikTok, maybe even easier. I have never used TikTok and because of security concerns just as a user, never will because of their ties to the Chinese government and all the hacking that has occurred from that country on Americans.

Also, all the photos are from your products, including a photo of the card you include with your shipments. Is this you? If not, what stops this Chinese company from just printing a fake copy of your card and just add it to their shipment?
We can help you if we band together and kick some Amazon butt. How you ask? Very simple. All we need to do is order each knock off individually. then return it via UPS. If we can put together more than a thousand returns the cost to Amazon or the knock off company will be astronomical and these knock offs will disappear.
