This looks like a good instructional. Hopefully the video and audio quality continues to improve. Let's just say some of the instructionals I've seen in the past from BJJ fanatics, they had excellent content but weren't quite ready for their bluebelt in videography. Not that they are the worst, I was watching a recent one from another company where there were kids playing in the background ! So distracting.
It really helps they have a pro like kirian. Dude knows how to set everything up and I'm sure he was giving the dynamic guys a lot pointers for their filming and audio.
