Shane seriously, you’re a good teacher to learn from. I think I’m gonna get rid out of most of these teachers and keep yours.
Chuck Norris once kicked a horse in the chin... And giraffes were born!
😂😂 haven't heard that one
He also kicked a Tyrannosaurus Rex and Elephants were born
He once kicked a frog and toads were born
True story!👊😁👍
🇺🇲
🤣🤣
Bro this is awesome. It's going to help with my training for sure.
Do I have to shampoo my shins before conditioning them?
What?why?
😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣

Best tips so far...i improved my shape, speed and overall performance by using your tips. Thumbs up! Thank you Shane !
Love your videos 💯👍 Been here for years
Thanks bro. This is sick
i really love your video keep going G 🤩
Bro you came so far I've been following you for 9 years
That kick drill. It reminds me of this drill we did yesterday. But with elbows.
Hey Shane could you do a video of slipping and pivoting for boxing please? 🙏
Hey Shane , can you make an updated video on learning on how not to flinch and be comfortable taking hits. Preferably for Muay Thai fighters.
Love your videos btw
Flinching is good.
Just train it into bobbing, weaving, slipping, dipping, pulling, and the spear system startle flinch reflex.
See Lerdsila head movement videos for details on how to do this with Mauy Thai.
A great drill to disguise the switch step when switch kicking. Great stuff ❤. I hate the over exaggerated switch step before kicking, telegraph all day.
U should like it, it allows you to see it and counter it before they can kick you 😊
That's why switch hitting is important. Don't just blast kicks with no setup lol.
A lot of these drills are 💎!
Dude we used to do 300 and that still gives me nightmares 😅
If I am still living in Cherry Hill, I would run to him...his drills are fantastic.
Huge Subscribed.
Can you do a back and bicep routine please
Hi! I'm new to this channel, well kinda... just asking what's Shane Fazen's pro' mma fighting background if any? or any UFC or other pro' mma circuits record? I know he did some amateur muay tai matches long ago, anything else from that?
Hi can you also try to do some workout with ankle weights?
What days do you teach at Beacon? Currently training at Endurance MPR Langhorne PA, would be great to learn from you in person.
I teach Muay Thai on Tuesdays at 7:30pm and I'm there on Saturdays -- come by!
Is there any online shop in america that sells and ships boxing shoes to germany?
Especially the hyper ko 2.0 olyimpic version
Would be very gratefull for help and answers🙏🏼
Great video! Who is the athlete in the beginning demonstrating the kicks?
2x Muay Thai champ, Desiree Wodicker - we did a sparring/interview that you can watch on MAGNVS: watch.magnvs.io/videos/desiree-wodicker-sparring-interview/?campaign=desi
Current Regarding shadow boxing when you kick your leg doesn't has anything to hit so your knee extends to the end.
Can that repeatitively cause knee pain or Damage, if so what to do avoid it?? 🤔🤔
Hi dude I am big fan of you
what does that big red Fairtex bag weigh
EPIC
Please talk about the position of the foot contact with the target, this is very important. So if you hit the natural hard spot, you will achieve the greatest destruction.
Quick question, Shane, is it OK practicing kicks on a 100lb heavy bag, or should I get a lighter one?
The weight of the heavybag doesn’t really matter (imo heavier is actually better), but if you’re new to kickboxing/muaythai/mma, a dense heavybag might be tough on your shins, so you may want to use a softer one.
@TheSadAnimations thanks for the advice, I'm not exactly new, but I was told that with too heavy a, I bag could risk injury.
some says half your bodyweight
@@datboi9539 I would recommend using those protections you put on your legs when doing it
Just listen to your body. Discomfort is good, but pain that persists for many days means you’re overworking it.
Using a lighter bag, shin protection, or doing less kicks until you build up the volume are all good options to avoid serious injury
900 kicks is insane. How long will it take? Hahaha mad crazy but definitely doing it next time
Shane reminds me Troy from Saint Row 1. If you know you know.
Damn you wouldn't know he's a fighter by his leg definition
i noticed u dont sweep ur arm when u do left kick
This takes a lot of practice for the speed.
Whoa

I do my kicks thousands of times.
Is that Miriam's picture on the wall?
Yep, Miriam Nakamoto worked with Coach K during the biggest matches of her career.
Im ambidextrous so this actually works well for me Bruce Lee did say 70%legs 30% arms
Insert obligatory quote about practicing 1,000 kicks here
10,000* 😅
@@fighttips My bad, haha
@@fighttips Semi-related idea, but could we expect fight predictions from this channel or is it tips only? Love the content either way
God I need to go to the gym lol
Do it!!
Kickboxing techniques on how to beat taller people
Why only 900 though?
...kidding obviously.
x3 sets 😉
@@fighttips Ah, there you go! 😂
who's the girl at the start? she can kick
Should I do this everyday? and this is x3 Sets?
Just one set, 2-3x a week.
@@fighttips Thanks!
If u hit the liver in the same location as the solar plexus, if u just aim for the solar plexus will u hit the liver anyways
I only count 300 reps for the drill but that’s ok, learned a lot!
PS those chicks are hot!
pink cheese green goes poo toes
🇹🇿🇹🇿🇹🇿
Its ok to do these on trees?
First!!! Brotha!!!
Winnah, winnah!
Nope we don't count losers with nothing to say just want attention while they play a game for babies
the word infamous is used incorrectly here
People hate to do it because it's so physically taxing
@@fighttips ohh true
Ow
First!
Nope cause you got nothing worth saying so little babies desperately wanting attention are ignored
I am sure she's a far better fighter and athlete than I am, but the woman at the beginning is slapping the bag with a very weak part of the foot and surely, that must be a terrible habit to get into. I worked very hard to make using a thicker part of the bone almost automatic. If I kicked my very heavy, re-stuffed several times bag like that, it would damage me.
She’s most definitely hitting with her shin.
@@fighttips At 00.03 you can see her foot contact the bag and it twists from the impact. I apologise if my pointing this out is upsetting or disallowed in some way.
@@markb6679 it's optimal to make contact with both the lower shin and instep so the strike almost wraps around a bit. Don't play the victim as if you're not allowed to criticize, you're just mistaken
she IS hitting with the shin. for range you land with your lower part of the shin and of course the foot will make contact as well on such a big surface
if you make it a habbit to land with the thicker upper shin then you will not only loose power but also range and eat counters like m&ms
sadly i love in Southern California what gym would shane recommend that would be a worth investment in the LA county area?
Boxing Works for Muay Thai, Systems Training Center for MMA, and Sweet Science for Boxing 👍
@@fighttips Thank you shane!
