I swear I could listen to this cast talk all day- I’m so thankful they keep doing panels and that they’re all so generous with what they share about the movie making process.

A24 really say "we broke and cannot buy ads on magazines, you guys are on your own"😭If they really win any Oscars then it's 100% because of grassroots support and love

24:28 loved the story behind how Ke's wife Echo got involved in the production- the Daniels posted on Twitter about how, even though she had worked for Wong Kar Wai in Hong Kong, this was her first Hollywood job after several years of searching. I hope she's getting to see some of the numerous posts about how if you can understand the Chinese the lines have even bigger impact. Bravo to Echo & to Ke for making eeaao truly a family affair!

I believe it's mentioned that Ecco had been out of work (relating to movie/writing) for a few decades now, not just a few years as she moved here with her husband. I don't think she worked for Hollywood before, just the film industry in Hong Kong

Fascinating discussion, Brilliantly talented individuals, Conscious thoughtful human beings....It's so nice to hear successful people speak without ego, but rather to express such appreciation, gratitude, joy, connection, and passion for their work and each other. I heard a really big star just the other day in an past interview say something she has said several times in several different interviews which was what a "pain in the neck" it was to have to work and make another movie "I have to get up early, put make up on, do fittings...." and I've also heard this big star say this about "having" to work and make a new album. And I really really lost a lot of appreciation for her - A LOT!!!. There are so many people who would give everything to even have the smallest few lines in a movie, and here this person complains about it all. So to hear this group of successful actors speak with such reverence for their craft, for this opportunity as a "gem", for each other and this project AND THEN for them to have success BEYOND their wildest dreams......AND THEN to win Oscars as well as all the other TOP AWARDS for the season!!!!! I am so inspired and beyond happy for this group of appreciative talented artists!! May they have MANY MANY MORE SUCCESSES!!!!!! 👏 🤩🌟👊❤‍🔥

this & seeing the behind the scenes clips makes me appreciate so much more how excited she was to read this script and have the opportunity to showcase her goofy side & comedic chops

Kudos on the audio. I'm wearing headphones and I'm capturing all the audience's voices Q&A as well as the cast & crew. Great to see No 1 on the call sheet (Michelle Yeoh) to urge "the Rock" scene. It offered an intermission from all that wall of lights and noise. Thumbs up 👍🏽

In the Asian world, it’s okay. In fact, many people call their sons “boy”. There is no negative connotation like what is associated with slavery, underlings etc.
