  • Best 10 minute cardio workout to burn fat fast! PART 1 - This no equipment 10 min HIIT cardio workout routine combines core and bodyweight exercises to lose belly fat & inches. Created and performed by Fat Loss Expert and Master Personal Trainer, Max Barry. Set your interval timer for intervals of 60/15. Complete 1 round of this calorie blast. You can double or triple it, for 20 or 30 minute circuits as well. Here are the 8 moves in this cardio workout routine:

    I've always had problems when it comes to eating. All my resolve to diet breaks in front of food.     So glad i did a random workout search and found ur channel Max. I love plyo / hiit style workout! Up until 51/2 years ago i was a cardio queen, sadly steady state, which is not evil but much less affective if not mixed in with strength and hiit cardio workouts! Hiit also really reduces the time needed to burn that fat and keep the muscle I work hard for to keep my body firm yet feminine. Im aware that men will not have the same goals.
    I really love your kettlebell workouts as well. Just wanna let the women out there know not to fear strength and kettlebell training, you will not build bulk, however will burn more fat day and night and get a lean fit body. Those r def my fitness goals! Tnx for the great videos! U def have a new fan.

      Max's Best Bootcamp yes Max that is the part I forgot, hiit workous r soooo much mire fun and seem to go by so much more quickly than doing a dingle form of cardio the entire worlout! I normally add my 4-8 lb weighted vest but with 60-15, may have to remove during my second round! Thx again for sharing these grest real time workouts. I slways eork harder with a partner and today that's you!:)

    I was on another 10min excercise but changed to this today.
    But after I took about a half of this, I couldn't deal with it.

      Prog Hog 513 Anytime! That sounds like you're remaining active most days. If you keep that up & add these HIIT workouts in a few extra days per week, you'll get great results - as long as you're consistent & eat clean.

    hope you reply to this comment. this is just a 10 min workout.am at like 90kg right now and want to lose around 70 by summer 2017. so should I repeat this same excersise again so it takes me 20 mins for intense workout. but is it alright if I do it at like 6pm everyday so 6 to 6:30. will this work out?

Similarly, you can mix it up with other workouts we've created for you guys, her on the channel. You should be feeling it after every workout session. Seeing it will vary, but if you eat clean & follow these workouts consistently, you'll get great results!

      Thanks Alexander! If this is your only workout of the day, perform 2-4 rounds, 3-5x per week. Otherwise, utilize this as a workout finisher or when you're tight on time. We have many others on the channel for you guys too!

    I have abs, and from the side of me I look super skinny but from the front I just looks wide. In the middle of my stomach you can see like the shape of my abs. So I've been thinking is my stomach looking wider from the front because I do to many ab workouts that like work my side like are my muscles on the sides of my stomach just getting stronger so there getting bigger making me look wide? Will this workout give me like a slimmer waist? I hope that makes sense lol

      This workout is designed for optimum fat loss. Coupled with clean eating, you'll burn fat from all over your body, including your stomach. Sounds like you just naturally build you obliques easier, which is usually genetic, but your training can also effect this.

      +Dynamic Storm Meal time is generally best practiced after your workouts, as that's when the body is craving nutrients & can utilize them the most. Plus, you won't have it weighing you down during the routine. A snack an hour or two beforehand is ok, if you feel you need something in your system. Everybody's different though, so play around with it & see what works best for you!

      +BVBareMyHeros andSaviors Sure thing...you sound pretty motivated! First of all, step up you workouts, like thoe ones we put out on our channel for you guys. Walk 60+ minutes as part of your daily routine. You can't out train a bad diet, so focus on eating clean & tracking your calories. Without a caloric deficit, no weight loss or fat loss can occur. Increase you water & veggie intake to feel fuller & flush toxins. Finally, put a support team in place. We are her for you :)

      If you're using this for your primary workout of the day, then try repeating 2-3 times per day (3-6 days per week) & focusing on eating clean. With that combination & consistency, you're going to get great results!

      That's entirely up to you! We recommend a 500 calorie daily deficit (about 1 lbs per week weight loss) created through workouts like these & clean eating. With consistency, you'll get great results!

      Weight loss & fat loss come down to creating a daily caloric deficit. You will see the best results by achieving this, by combing our workouts (10-40 minutes per day, 3-6 days per week) & clean eating.

      Ideally 2-3 rounds, 3 days per week or more...the more often you perform these workouts, the better your results will be! Also, we recommend mixing in weights, too. Have you tried any of our kettlebell workouts yet?

    Before I start doing these exercises, I'm 18 and 1.75 m tall. I'm mostly in bad shape because I spend most of my time behind PC. That's why I have a belly and it's not really small and I'm slim. I have a kind of belly you expect fat people to have, literally. It's quite a pain in the ass and I wanted to get rid of it so bad. After asking for advice on the internet, I got pissed because every single websites tells me to do exercises but not which ones and for how much. They just say: "Drink a lot and eat these foods...." I'm pissed so after long time of searching I've found this video and I have to ask you, taking my fat belly into account and also me being slim, will those exercises REALLY help me get rid of it? Also, if yes, for how long and when should I be doing these exercises?

      You're not alone & I understand that it's frustrating. That's why we've created this channel! This is not a beginner routine, so you may want to try some of our beginner workouts first, if you find this to be too intense. 20-60min of intense workouts like this 3-6 days per week will be the most effective for fat loss. You also do need to clean out your diet (check out our recipes for that) and find ways to stand up & walk around during your PC time. Sitting does cause the body to store body fat. You're young, but understand that you can do this & it will take consistency...you sounds ready for a change :)

      Max's Best Bootcamp I'm more than motivated to change my body appearance. Even though I'm a bit lazy, I'm always ready to do anything - if someone invites me to go out with them, I'll gladly do it. The same thing is with the exercises. I only need to be told what exactly to do with no side bullshit to get what I want done.       FBQ Ahh, didn't realize & yes. 20% body fat for a female is low. At 15% bf, you're a;ready quite lean! 12-15% is where a woman's abs will pop. Since you're young & newer to resistance training, results will come with consistently following our workouts & clean eating :)

    Hated this. Should be called shoulder cardio, I trained chest and tris right before this and I was cooked before we even started. Also would benefit if it wasn't nonstop talking. Some silence or better yet music, would take your videos up a notch.
