After a month, I finally completed this workout. I remember starting this and ended up exact 25%, started again after a week and I hit the 50% mark, hit 80% on the 3rd week and now at exactly 30th day. I finished the workout.

well even for me who did watch and try a lot of hiit, this one felt hard since there are too many jump xD i did skip some parts like the one at 12:14

Omg! HIIT training is next level. I felt like I enlisted in the military. Coach Brian, are you sure this wasn't beginners boot camp? 😂 My knees made me have to change some things up.
