I've been trying the Bullet Proof Breakfast for at least 2 weeks now, and I feel so much better. I eat between 6 to 8 Hard Boiled Eggs, not just 2 or 3. Sometimes I will have a Cup of Earl Grey Tea instead of just water. But I thank you so much for teaching me about this.

And it seems I am more awake and aware than usual at this time in the morning. All I can say is this breakfast works. It's everything he says it is. I will be doing this often, preferably everyday.

I didn’t know this… but I believe it… last year I started eating 2 eggs for breakfast every day and eventually noticed that my energy levels were pretty high during the day… my need for tea went down. I felt more energized. I had also started sleeping better… but in the past with good sleep I would still feel sleepy after meals… the boiled eggs for breakfast thing took away the sleepiness completely.

That’s actually exactly how the first forms of our Homo sapiens and Neanderthal ancestors ate 10.000 years ago. Our digestives system hasn’t altered a lot and our system still functions optimally on the same dietary intake and rhythm. (Waking up in the cave, getting ready to travel further, plucking berries on the way, taking eggs out of nests, drinking out of creeks. Gathering mushrooms, catching fish, small animals or - when they noticed trails- followed mammoths, elks, bisons and other larger animals for organized hunting (that is when the neurological connections where evolved enough to create sharp spears with fire stones). We haven’t changed that much on a biological level actually.

After 2 to 3 hours, I have a 6.5oz grilled ground chuck burger on a homemade bun. A big slice of grilled onion. Two diced pepperonis on top. I also have half a cucumber and a whole tomato with water.
If not that, I’ll have a four egg (light) cheese omelet, boiled potatoes and green salad. Only water.

I break fast after hydration. I drink 2 gallons before eating. I eat brunch generally around 10-11. Sometimes I only eat once a day. Usually 2 meals, brunch and dinner. Intermittent fasting everyday. I also take 2 tsp haritaki fruit powder with 3 drops of methylene blue after a half gallon in the morning. Then top off another 1.5 gallons. Get a deep tissue back massage with a pure wave by pado massage gun. Then take a hot/cold shower. Then I make brunch. This has helped me tremendously with my health. Ive done this for a good while like 2 years. I grew up with rheumatoid arthritis since age 3 systemically throughout my whole body, was a test patient for enbrel. It wrecked my health, this routine has changed my life. Also SOFT BOILED EGGS, are better than HARD BOILED. Just FYI this retains the NAC levels in the yolk for boosted growth hormone. Ive trained my body over many years to drink this much water, Ive been religiously hydrating for over 10 years at a gallon a day of shilajit water to start, then have slowly gone to 2 gallons. My body is a sponge at this point, I can drink almost half gallon in one go. My body just wicks it right up. A doctor taught me a trick one time, “Hydrate-Vibrate-Gyrate” this hacks the aquaporin channels at the cellular level and allows for more rapid hydration.

Never knew that. Going to get started immediately. My body doesn't absorb food or nutrients well. Nor does it absorb water well and always wondered why. I usually just end up throwing it up. Definitely going to try hot water.

Cool, a piece of the puzzle. Could the next video be how to have energy throughout the day and what time spies sleep and wake up?
    God bless.

Can you do a video on hair and its effect on men’s ability to track and send and receive messages. I read a study saying all scientist who did this with the US gov grew out their hair when they figured out the benefits . Great content 🎉

TIL most CIA operatives get their covers blown by the specific and very distinctive combination of berries, hard boiled eggs and water they eat for breakfast! 😀

I literally eat what you described every day at 3am. That's how I start my day. I pray and eat a hand full of berries and two boiled eggs.🤷🏽‍♀️ And God help me if I miss it because I can tell the difference!

I've had some training on evasive driving and I must say it's interesting and has come in handy a few times.
I like this breakfast plan, makes sense, even for me and I eat dinner at 8 PM. Breakfast is 9 AM or later, so yes, I am fasting.

Since 2017, I've been following a unique diet that I believe has significantly slowed down my aging process. At nearly 40, people often mistake me for someone in their mid-20s, and it's not just because of my youthful appearance. Despite sporting a full, thick black beard, I've managed to maintain a vibrant and youthful look.
My secret? A nutrient-packed shake that I prepare daily. It contains frozen berries, protein powder, yogurt, half a banana, baby spinach, avocado, and occasionally, a mix of other fruits for an extra health kick. Additionally, I add a raw egg to my coffee, creating a powerful morning ritual that leaves me feeling energized and ready to tackle the day.
Reflecting on these years, I'm convinced that this diet has played a pivotal role in my well-being and appearance. It's reassuring to know that my lifestyle choices have been on the right track all along!

Thank you for the insightful and entertaining videos that you put together.
Being a married man, and father of two children, there seems to be a subject that you haven't addressed yet. I am interested in your perspective on global warming aka climate change. How is the CIA approaching this issue, in a national security sense ? What is the CIA's advisable plan to handle this situation ? What are your thoughts with regard to the action and effort needed to avert this approaching possible existential threat ? National security threat ? Domestic stability threat ?
