I recently hopped into FF14 and the thing is, I played a lot of MMOs before. I always played either a Knight, a Warrior, a Hunter or a Mage, and each time it was a human or an elf.
So it may be extremely boring and unoriginal to some ff14 veterans to see ANOTHER new female miqo'te like me, but from my perspective it's a completely new experience. I've never played an animal related race and i've never played a Monk or a Ninja before, and now I'm enjoying it.

Wasn't expecting a wild Misshapen Chair to appear. Makes me wonder who's going to appear in future videos. I ended up picking Au Ra cause cause at the time you had to pay for Heavensward and Au Ra came with the expansion as well as thinking horns and a spikey tail would look cool with DRG and DRK. And so many people picked Miqote that I wanted something different.

It also came with a leather journal with coloured pages so you could detail your degeneracy in game every day. Which means I happen to be one of the only people with a female mi'quote birth certificate on the planet.

I picked voice 11 because it had that strong "country girl going to the big city vibe" I decided to pick for my Mooncat (also why I gave her freckles, which we sorely need a real option for.) and that laugh sold me; you're definitely right on the anger issues part though! Btw, did you know voice 9, 6, and 3 are shared with Lalafells while 11 is shared with Elezen?

Playing Elezen since I started the game a long time ago because I was a (Night)Elf-Player in WoW too, there is almost no day in FFXIV I'm tempted to use that potion of Fantasia and go Miqo'te but then a wild Cutscene appears, showing my WoL and I never could betray her by converting her into something she was not meant to be (by me). It's a daily struggle I learned to live with.
This is what we call a dream team xD Lucy and Chair is always a fantastic combo xD my bf and I was crying we was laughing so hard,such an amazing video you two and can't wait for the next one!

I gladly embrace my degeneracy...I mean cultured tastes. Yes, I'm a Miqo'te main. At least I didn't go full degen with the blonde/light colored hair, heterochromia, and anime voice. I only went far enough as the booba slider to max, floofiest tail I could get, and purple hair (to match both eyes and those lips), oh and I chose voice 7...bc I'm not a full degenerate.

I've tried out many races (currently a tater) but miqote are the ones I have the softest spot for, mostly because I played mithra in XI for an embarassing number of years.

No matter what char I make I always Fanta back into au ra. When you get extra scales mod God they look so good.
There's so many advantages to being au ra:
1) its pretty nice being taller than everyone.
2) we got more hairstyles than any other race and some are so strange that it makes our cosplay game strong asf!! (Gl doing yugi muto with any other race)
3) we can change our eye color at will and don't spend $10 on a fantasia each time. Trick is to make eyes black and just use limbal rings
4) only xaela can give buns what they deserve ;o

When I made my first character, a Moon Miqo, I almost went with Voice 2 for the "Ara ara" energy. I went with #7 though . . . Not that that has stopped me from using my own "Ara ara" energy on a few people.
I absolutely give the white guy smile as I pass coworkers, and I've wondered if it comes off as weird and now I have confirmation.
I usually always go with a human race when I play MMOs, but while making my FF14 character I thought I would do something different and not be basic. I only found out later that in doing so I have became even more basic.

They should sell those things in two packs by default because if you main catgirl you will literally never leave for good. Yes you might dabble in bunny or lizard but you’ll be back for cat and you can’t stop it. Might be toxoplasmosis.
