Hi, I made these, & were very delicious. My only problem was when I sauteed them in the skillet to crisp them they started to fall apart, not sure what I did wrong? Maybe the heat was too high, not sure, any suggestions. They were still very tasty and did not go to waste, Thanks!
Hello, yes it may fall apart once the wet wrapper stick to another piece. Male sure they have spaces. Another factor is how thick pr thin your rice paper wrappers. You may also use two rice paper when rolling and wrapping 😊

If you can’t find vegetarian oyster sauce you can use hoisin sauce. Similar flavor without the fishiness but has umami.😁

Oh no, make sure to have enough space when frying, You may also use a bit of oil when frying so it will not stick on the spatula and in the pan.
