You should sell them it looks so good! You can tell you put a lot of work on this 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I just came because of the biceps 😍
Doing it old school with hand saws. AWESOME! Best looking concealed gun case yet! Clapping here!
Thank you for this awesome comment!
Awesome work man! People like you are going to save the world! 😂. Thanks for the video seriously! You just motivated me to do it for myself
Outstanding. No RFID or magnetic release!
This is absolutely fantastic! I've never worked with wood but you make it seem possible! Thinking if I can pull this off for my hubby...

What an interesting channel. From woodworking to decor. Nice one.
Someone purchased the Giant Skeleton at HD! Another great video.... and once again... its your attention to detail that makes this great. Keep up the good work!
Haha I’ve purchased TWO! Glad you noticed haha
I noticed you didn't ever sand the pieces, is this something you did behind the scenes?
Very well done... so do you actually have to make another flag before putting the box on or did you have to pull the backboards off and turn it around?
Either way, very well explained...
Man, lol I actually had to start from SCRATCH to make a second one cause I messed up the first one.
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY I thought so.. rough moment. Oh well.. I don't notice any time differential
This was really impressive to watch. Bro this came out super lit! The detail and attention you gave this gun case is superb. Love the invisible opening, very modern. 10 across the board!
Thanks Mike! Love this comment
So you just have an AR-15 in your home not locked up? Interesting.
That’s what I was wondering.
The case was sold a week after I posted this video. It was a tutorial on how to make a case, not on how I store my equipment
This is a beautiful piece, and I thank you for the walkthrough, materials and instructions. What I find "interesting", these two years later, is a comment like that. Gun safes exist for a reason, that's a widely accepted option for everyone. Ease of access for those same owners is their prerogative, and why not make a subtle, and beautiful decoration of it? If you're putting this much effort into storage and display, I have trust in your knowledge of basic ownership and safety.
Great video, but I am a bit confused, are the thickness of the wooden stripes 1 inch or 0.75 inches?
OMG!!! It looks so amazing!!! 🇺🇸
What would be the weight limit be my rifle is probably 10 pounds
Nice job. Well explained, n simple to follow. Thanx for the vid. ✌🇺🇸
Thanks man ! Appreciate the support
This is another project added to my list now!
Would love to see it if you do create it!
What shocks did you get? Do you have a link?
How long did this take from start to finish? Without the filming, editing, etc.
I built this in 2 days, a couple hours each day
Oh no, at 5:11 😱😭. It's flipped the wrong way 😭😭. Were you able to fix it immediately or did you have to start over? All that work put in it. Been there, done that. Maybe not THAT but everyone messes up, no matter how careful we are or how much we plan it out. Cheers from Texas. At the end, it turned out 👌🏻👌🏻🇺🇸
Oh Janie! Haha if you only knew.
You are completely correct! It was flipped. It was such a big mistake that I didn’t realize until I glued and nailed it down. When I flipped it around, I was shocked. There was absolutely no saving it. I had to start over 😖
The flag at the end is the 2nd flag I created.
I almost didn’t even publish this video because of the mistake, but I was determined to finish the project so I started over because we push forward and never quit. 🇺🇸
You make it look so easy. It looks great.
I can teach you how to build one
As soon as I saw it flipped upside down at 5:05, I gasped, "Oh no..." But, oh that sweet redemption at 8:02.👍
Isaac, your work is impressive. Cheers to you again, buddy.
Haha Jeff you wouldn’t believe how frustrating it was. I didn’t realize I had it flipped upside until AFTER I had nailed it and glued it. There was no way I could save it. I had to start over! The flag at 8:02 is the 2nd flag I made LMAO. So to start over again was the last thing I wanted to do but I’m not a quitter.
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY I don't mind deleting this thread so as not to reveal anything since you didn't mention it yourself. However, I can't help but wish we were neighbors given our similar taste and delight in holiday decor. I don't showcase my creativity here, so you'll just have to take my word for it. In the meantime, I look forward to chatting with you whenever we can and perhaps share our ideas with each other. Cheers!
@@JeffBitler No you’re good, it was a mistake I learned from. You are the first person to notice the backwards flag so more points for ya 🙌🏻. Definitely could use a neighbor like you. Would be awesome to have someone as passionate as I am about holiday DIY nearby. I’m on Facebook if you’d like to link up there. It’s “Isaac Alexander DIY”. Send me a message 🇺🇸
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY Oh man, I just can't win. Ha! (I'm not on FB, bud.) I'm pretty active on YT though, so I hope you don't mind more comments on your videos. 👍
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY I am so, so sorry about the flag having to be remade. Well, mostly I'm sorry for laughing about it...because I've been there, done that! And yes, frustrating is putting it nicely. Ha! Better to laugh than cry about it, I guess.
BTW I've got friends in Goldsboro. How close are you to it?
I love it Sir
Amazing!!!! 🙌😍😍😍
Wow 🤩 I love this !! My brother is going to love it too ! Tysm for sharing this project ~ sub’d 🇺🇸😎🇺🇸
Thank you so much Hilary! Appreciate the sub! Hope he loves it
Measurements for 2 ar rifles with scopes?
Beautiful
AMAZING!!
By 1 inch do you mean 3/4? For the stripes?
I guess what I want to know is what is how wide are the stripes?
AMAZING 😵😍😵
Hard to tell from the video, but is it possible to put the hinge on the inside with this design? I’m wanting mine to be as discreet as possible, putting a large logo on it and using hidden rfid locks. For what I have in mind an external hinge is less than idea not only because it stands out but also because it would make it easier for a criminal to get into by taking off the hinge
Because of how these hinges work, I don’t see why it wouldn’t be able to be placed on the inside versus the outside. So I think if you wanted to hide them on the inside you could
👍

@@IsaacAlexanderDIY thanks bud built one similar turned out great
If you're wondering why you don't have more subscribers, this video may be the reason. Thought I'd throw it out there for your benefit.
This video was posted one month ago when I had 1000 subs. In the last 10 days, I’ve gone past the 2k mark. Pretty sure your statement is incorrect.
More importantly though, I don’t get paid to make these videos. I don’t get sponsorships, endorsements and I make no income from this channel. I make DIY videos cause it’s a hobby and passion of mine. I don’t do it for the subs, I don’t do it for the views, I don’t do it for clout - I do it cause I love it.
So no Princezz Puffypants, I don’t wonder about my subscribers or my view count. Instead, I focus on making cool videos, being a good person and trying to teach others how to foster their passion and love for building things.
Stick to your gut and create the content you want... the audience will find you and the good work you put out... it’s obvious you are creating with heart. Don’t change that !
This comment makes no sense to me, unless it's somehow against the second ammendment. In any event, the more comments Isaac gets on his channel, the more it grows, so this is for you, Mr. Alexander. Go on and bear your arms.
Incidentally, I was binging these vids knowing I was going to subscribe when I finished watching. After reading this, I stopped what I was doing and sub'd right away. 🤜🤛
Look "Princezz", if this was my channel the first thing I would do is throw YOU out. This very well crafted cabinet could be used for hiding any number of things. In your case you could keep your halo and tiara in it but you're so perfect I'm sure that halo never comes off and that tiara is fused to your skull so we all know what a high maintenance pretentious little busy body you are. Get over yourself and change your ridiculous screen name. S.M.H.
Agree
I suddenly want an AR!
Did no one else notice that he swapped projects half way through? The first one has the stars in the top right hand corner of the flag after he nailed the supports on the back lol.
I'd imagine it was intentional, but still funny.
It was definitely not intentional lol I nailed it backwards so I had to start over. I was not happy lol
Yeah, I noticed it too.. when I saw him nailing it, I thought, "Well, he's not gonna be happy when he turns it around..."
Still a cool project
We love you From México
Seriously... Tutorials on tulips and you give advice on weapon concealment?
Jack of all trades
Promotes terrorism as long as it makes him money I guess.
I know, it's awesome isn't it!
