Yea that’s my plan, we share a duplex but this was my best option as a just in case quick setup

I like that tarp. I was looking at the version with the doors just to give a little bit more coverage in bad weather. Still aren’t taken that plunge into tarp camping. Yet.

I never tarped before but got the idea of buying one when I saw Johhny Walker use his on the CDT hike , did you have a bug net in yours ?

With a little practice for speed u could set up that little fella quick enough to sit out a storm. Might be tight with the two of you but you guys certainly pack light enough you wouldn't have to worry too much about your gear !?
