Hello people thank you for your overwhelming response towards our modifications. Because of lockdown uncertainties we are little late in finishing up our products . 1. What material will you use for production? Aluminum grade?
2. What are the weights of the components or total weight
3. Can I get in polished aluminium finish like the ones on BMWs.
4. Cost of shipping..

Thank you Arijit . There are two grades which we use one is 6061 which costs high and there's another one which is again high quality but costs low.
2. Total weight added to bike is 4.38 kgs
3. Extra cost will be incurred I guess by fantasia for BMW like finish. That coat wasn't cheap when I wanted to do it.
4. Cost of shipping will depend on where you live . Will have to wait for few more days before shipping is fully functional .

Nice work by Fantasia Automotive.. Great video.. But in my opinion crash guard was not required as KTM directly comes with stock crash guard and that works really well..
Thanks Tauqeer . My opinions will differ here because we saw one KTM crashing and the tank part on that bike got a big hit . That's the reason we needed some extra protection specially on the upper portion.
Bhai windshield thora bada bana lo aur beak lagwa lo maja ayega aur ho sake toh kisi tarah bike ka hight increase karwa lo pura big bike ka feel ayega

That's a pretty good looking crash guard and jells well with the looks of the bike! Would like to know the weight of it. Also I loved the top rack!

Crash gaurd - 6.2 kg (original crash gaurd - 3.168 kg)
Bash plate Aluminium - 1.59 kg (original bash plate 1.61 kg)
Saddle stay - 2.310 kg
Top rack with aluminium top plate - 1.6 kg

Yes and also side stand extender by adv tribe . For crash gaurd and saddle stay I'll go with black color and for bash plate and top rack I'll do the aluminium finish.

Bike is fully ready and I will get my hands on it by Monday . It was hard for us to get the powder coating and aluminium cutting done because of lockdown . But it's finally ready and I'll try my best to get the video by Monday night or Tuesday morning at the latest .

I think gear leaver will bend in real crash
It won't for two reasons : first the stock gear lever folds itself when it falls or crashes and second the crash bar and bash plate are in sync and are designed in such a manner that impact on leaver will be minimum .
