DISCLAIMER: Center stand will touch during trails so remove it before that.
Also if your suspension is too soft and if you ride with pillion, it can potentially touch on speedbumps. But worse is that it will touch while cornering so please adjust the suspension to harder side after getting the stand.
Link to buy the clamp and center stand?
I experiencing this issue even with pillion ride, stand goes so low and dangerous, it often touched road even on a small corner when i bend the bike
@@adishar21 with stock crash guard, it isn't too bad but with a bigger crash guard, it definitely can happen.
Yes the Headlight Protector now comes with AleenKeys now,

Really well structured and detailed information. Thank you for this :)
Thanks so much :)
Very informative video, thank you so much
Good video bro enjoyed learning about the machine.
Good one as always man
Awesome review and very well explained
I come bearing some news you may not like. I share it as I've gone down the rabbit hole once.
All our bikes are set to a lean state of tune from the factory and a narrow band lamda usually.
If you add an air filter that increases the air flow through out the rev range with out an increase in fuel to compensate and change the air fuel ratio you'll risk running a lean mixture.
Many will say the bike will learn and you don't need a map, they will be folks who sell the filters or those who are using it and can't digest this. (Talk to a tuner or the service engineer who knows what he's dealing with about this if you feel sceptical)
The narrow band lamda sensors have a very small range for adjusting the mixture unlike a wide band one.
Over time you'll be damaging the valve train .
I'd suggest a fuel pack or a power commander or get someone to flash a map for your new setup.
Good luck.
Yep. I got a powertronics. Getting it tuned by someone who makes custom maps and did training for it in Thailand #monkeyautocrafts
Nice and informative 👌
Awesome!!!!!🔥🔥❤️
🥺
Informative Parth👍👍
Good information...
Good move on the center stand!
Nice and clean content man
Go ahead ✌️
Can you please tell me the details of the air filter and tank pads?
Thanks man :)
The air filter is BMC air filter, same one for Duke and Adv.
Tank pads i got from Amazon. They are for dominar. You can also get the ones made for Adv specifically by GripOn.
What's the size of carbon risers? Does it help to make posture right to avoid back pain ?
Amazing video and description, thanks! Do you have the link of the crashguards? I wan to buy it.
It's the Fantasia ones.
You can contact them here

Crazy number of accessories. Experimental 😅

If someone can create a kit that connects the bash plate to the crash bars that’d be great. Nice review 👊
Automel and CR are working on chassis mounted bash plates
@@parthmenon gotcha I’ll check em out
Awesome bro, can u share the link where do u purchased stand or how did u made it what sizes please share
Its from Madoverbikes bro. Just check them on instagram
Can we fix panniers on these saddle stays like it can be done on the ones with iron rods?
These are meant for Carbon Racing panniers when they release them
Great review bro. Can you please tell me if you feel any instability due to the top box
Not at all. No instability at all
Da centre stand can be fitted in 250adv??I already booked...and during diz discount I wanna buy one..thnk u
Yeah it should work on both. Just contact Madoverbikes on instagram once to verify
Where to Get the Fantasia Crash guards? I dont find their website anywhere.
If you are in Bangalore, check with Asura Garage, JP nagar. Else check their Instagram page
Bro small query, when u bump ur bike does this center stand makes sound?
When I had the bigger crash guard, the extra weight reduced the ground clearance, so on large bumps, it would barely touch.
But on the original crash guard, it doesn't touch at all.
@@parthmenon thanks for feedback, i also install bigger crash guard from jana plus my weight 100kg 😉 i am sure this stand will touch... i got my answer keep rolling keep riding 👍
Hi
I really enjoyed your video, very nice setup 😍
Question, can you provide links to the various parts such as crash guard, Panier brackets, and all the other mods you did please?
Also is there another exhaust mod you know off, that gives the bike a better louder sound- imo the stock sound is a bit average 🥴🤷♂️😂.
I am in the Philippines and it’s really difficult to find any accessories for the 390 adventure so i will try to order them online if possible.
Thanks and keep up the good work 👍
Most of them don't have websites but you can contact them through instagram. Crash guard (fantasiaauto), panniers mount(carbon racing, they have website).
@@parthmenon thank you 😊, any other information you might have that might help me source the most important parts ( bash plate for example) would be great.
Btw, how do you find the build quality of the crash guard?is it fully protecting the bike? Is there any concerns you might have with the desing and mounting perhaps?
Again thanks for some great vids and I keep watching your channel 👍
Cheers 😊
Hey is that a sira top box on your bike how is the quality? Does it rattle on bad roads
Its ASG top box. Its good. Been using it almost daily for a year. It does rattle though. I think all nylon top boxes and most aluminum ones will
I'm looking for a center stand for the 390 Adventure. Where can I get it?

Why not gold runway which I have used and it’s a dual intensity spot and spread .... works well on all bikes
They are great but super expensive. Laser gun is just 2.5k to 3.4k
@@parthmenon I don't the quality and wiring reliability as I have fit the Goldrunway and till now no issues with ladakh and uttrakhand ride and multiple falls
Bro any reference for laser light you mentioned pls
Check for Super 4x4 lights.
Hey fixing fog lamps wiring tamper the bike warranty,,,

Air filter, engine tuning, and exhaust all need to be in sync to get the max performance. Unless all of them are designed in sync usually by a single manufacturer, I’m not sure how can one get the optimal performance.
There is no such thing as it needs to be done by single manufacturer. Air filter makes performance better. Its not the best or most optimum until its tuned, correct. Which is what powertronics does.
Same for exhaust. Try out regular Adv390 and the duke free flow exhaust Adv390 of JB of Asura Garage. That thing performs like a beast with just bmc and duke exhaust modified, no tuning. It won't be the best that it can do without tuning but still will be better than the disappointment that KTM currently gives.
@@parthmenon hey buddy you are right these things are usually not designed by just manufacturer. My point is unless these things are synced properly it’s not optimal. FYI, I’m pretty new to this so my knowledge is purely theoretical. I think FortNine mentioned this aspect about performance somewhere.
@@TarunKumar-hi5xkyes that is correct. Planning to get that done by powertronics soon :)
Hi bro where did u get that tank cover plz help me
Wolverine by Guardian Gears, my friend :). You can get it on Amazon
Ich suche für die 390 Adventure einen Center Stand. Wo kann man den bekommen ?

Have you done the windshield mod
Hey man. Yes, i have CR and AQ. Currently using AQ, Adventure Conquest. I took a video comparison but the footage got corrupted. Will make another soon :).
zedling suspension modification any plans?
I got the front suspension modified by Monkey Autocrafts. Rear suspension they are currently working on a solution
Will the center stand suits the ADV_250
Yes. The bike has the same frame.
Hi, what is the capacity of that top box you are using.
Mine is 35L i believe. Asg also has a 42L one
@@parthmenon Thanks for the reply
bro ....powli , can we fix the main stand directly??
Using the clamps, yes.
Hey bro, how the center stand performing? After using for long did you recommend this center stand for my ktm adv? Bro please let me, I am also planning fit this
Yes it's good. Just remove it before trails or off road.
@@parthmenon thanks for this info✌
any online buy link for bmc air filter?
Please contact Asura Garage. They might be able to ship it to you. Or contact bikenbiker
It will kill tha engine in long run as more air getting inside engine than required and fuel mixture wont happen properly...so u must have remap the ecu by dyno testing it
I want to earn enough money in life so that i can do 3 rounds of mods like Parth.
Just kidding. Appreciation from Mumbai. Fellow owner of the same machine.
Lmao XD. My credit card laughed at me, reading this
Bro where did you get that traction tank grip and pls bro mention the sparkplug model pls
Hey man. Tank grip is from autologue. Its the dominar tank grip available in Amazon. You can also get the GripOn one which is made for Adv. Its slightly bigger.
Spark plug i would say don't change anymore because some powerloss
Hi brother is sparkplug helped in power and throttle responce ??
Bro please go for rcb hydraulic clutch and break too, plus ceramic break pads also Oxford heated grips it will complete the package
Links please? Or somewhere i can check them?
Ceramic break pads will ruin the brake disc much faster thats why unless you want it for track/trails badly, its not needed.
I got route95 handgrips which are really good. Heated grips are good for cold or in rain but generic use its a bit expensive.
Thank you for the extra info :)

From where did you got that panniers rack

Where did you get the main stand from?
Madoverbikes
I am sorry bro was too excited seeing it from the start of the video. 😅 Commented early.
Your advise...for a guy who was in Inmrc India (2004-2008), sold the 40000Kms run Harley Davidson yesterday, to pick up the same ADV 390 bike from his Co racer Owning KTM Red Hills (Emmanuel Jebaraj)...well, there's a learning for me everyday....do let me know! I do believe in practicality, not on bike mods...I guess the Engineers there @ KTM apply their Grey matter...🙏, but yeah, do let me/us know...KTM Red Hills loves to know 👍
I would say in your case get only the following performance mods which would make your bike feel awesome:
1. BMC air filter
2. Ngk spark plug
3. Motorex engine oil or motul 300v^2 engine oil
4. Engine ice coolant
5. Powertronics ECU
6. A good exhaust. The cheapest one being the duke 390 exhaust modified for free flow.
7. 47T or 48T rear sprocket from race customs(currently only know this one) based on how short you want the gearing
8. Dyno tuning the powertronics after getting all this.
9. Remove saree guard.
You will be so happy with the bike.
Where can we get the bmc airfilter ?
You can contact Shamanth from Monkey Autocrafts +917760690164
Any link for lasergun lights?
Just ping me on instagram parthmenonyt. Will give you a contact. Its not available online. You can also check for Super 4x4 lights. Its the same
which crash guard is it??
Its the Fantasia Crash Guards
Can we do the same. On 250 adv
Yeah most of it is same
what is powertronics power mode product?
I didn't understand. Powertronics is a piggy back ecu that you can use to tune output from the stock ecu. I'll talk more about it on my next video :)
@@parthmenon thanks, i will wait, do you see any problem in allow in offroadibg?
Ngk spark plug ?? Particular model number ?? Thanx
LKAR8AI-9
No change after changing it to your ngk and even after oil change which you recommended. Not much of a difference bro
Which brand is ur top box? Capacity? Price ?
Its ASG 32L
www.asg.store/product/sg32/
@@parthmenon thanks, is it making sound while riding ?
Who makes the brake lever?
ProSpec
why would you recommend a place which is "coming up"?
Shamanth's garage is coming up. Before he was working at another garage. He has indepth knowledge, has rebuilt KTMs and Himalayans from scratch and also has done wiring work on a few other guys, eg Aaryan Rajesh. Just talking to him, you will easily be able to understand the level of skill he has and the confidence in his abilities. That why i can recommend it. The garage is almost compete. Its called Monkey Autocrafts, Sahakhar nagar, next to iMart
Isnt our oil 15w50?
15W means how it performs in cold weather. The higher the number, the better viscosity at lower temperature. In India, it doesn't get that cold so 10W is also fine to use and what Svcs usually give is 10W50 Motul 7100
will centre stand fit KTM Duke 390 2017 abs
They have another one for duke 390

"OCD of tightening "....my homie
XD
Its fully synthetic oil
Its not actually. Its Ester core organic based, same as motul 7100 which is what they put at svc
Engine oil link?
www.amazon.in/dp/B07GLLDK1Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_EHQPFbVCWMTEP
Wait until CloudTail stock comes back
Ktm recommends 15w50. So why 10 w 50 ??
India is a hot place. We don't need 15W viscosity. KTM svc also uses Motul 10W50 7100 Ester core engine oil on our bikes. This is the exact same thing but more refined and better performance.
Okay so total we need 1.7 litre for our ktm adv 390 ??
Powertronics will improve a lot of things, go and get your bike tuned at Racedynamics to improve your performance.
Since you’re doing the performance mods, a suggestion from my side, you can upgrade your stock brembo sintered brake pads to EBC EPFA Brake Pads from Motousher which come around Rs.4800.
They improve your braking quite significantly over the stock setup and have a good initial bit. You will observe your ABS kicking in much more due to the additional braking force🙂.
During the bedding in stage of your brake pads, they squeak a little bit but it get smoothened out with use. In my opinion any money spent on brakes or lights is a good investment. With all the accessories added and the gain in weight and with your performance upgrades, improving your brakes is a good thing for reducing stopping distance.

Part number: EPFA606HH
Yes will get powertronics soon as i already said in the video.
I have ebc front and rear brakes. I didn't talk about them because they are very disappointing. Been using them for a couple of months. Its better to get Brembo brakes. The front stock ones are already by Brembo. The Carbon fiber version will be better.
EBC had been a major disappointment and waste of money. I got the front ones for around 2.7k and rear for 3.8k i think.
@@parthmenon I’m sure that you might have bought EBC HH sintered brake pads.
I’m speaking about EBC EPFA HH Sintered pads and also I’m using them currently on my Duke 390 2017 model and they are excellent.
Anyway It’s upto you whether you try or not🙂
@@rajasekhar9840 Ohh cool. Will try them out. Thanks for the info!
Air filter will give you short term performance with no reliability in long term. It can’t filter the tinny particles as compared to the stock paper ones. I’ve experienced this when i had Pulsar220. Plus the cost the stock one will cost your around ₹300 and you can change it on every 5,000kms for optimum performance where the cost will go to ₹300 X 15(changing intervals) =₹4,500. And this cost will complete at 75,000kms. Cheap enough right ? So which means you are spending so much on the airfilter plus degradation of engine life in the long run.
This is wrong. Please nobody listen to this.
Also don't know why you think a performance bmc air filter can ever compete with something made by Bajaj
U could have mention the prices
I am talking about the prices in the video bro.
