Sheriff out here they just plain dont care. I live in Colorado Springs, and Ive been told that the El Paso County Sheriffs Department just arent worried about them at all compared to their other, more pressing issues. Even had a fellow rider get told directly by a police officer that they dont mind him riding in the street at all, they just want him to not carve excessively. Which is wild to me because as far as I know, EUCs are completely illegal to ride on the street in Colorado, being defined as an unregistered motor vehicle by the law.
You need a bigger diameter wheel, 16" wheels like the v12 are very prone to wobbles. I have over 5k miles on my og Sherman and have never once gotten the wobbles and I ride in the 40s all the time. My Tesla v2 always wants to wobble though during hard braking lol
Was just in the NC mountains a few days ago. Mas pro and ET max were the only thing pulling away while I was on my v13. We were keeping 47mph+ going up the mtn for prob 13-15 miles straight. Was a blast, I can attest to the ET max beauty.
You can buy adapters to plug into EV car chargers. With a fast charger you can definitely do a long ride if you want to, with a 2 hour stop in the middle to charge up.
@@SunStorm_EUC From some more recent info I got you can charge them up in like an hour with a good charger so not even 2 hours. After 80kms you want a break anyway for your legs so it's not bad man..
Like you are flying. All I want before I leave planet earth is a state of the art jet pack. I want to be able to wake up throw it on and blast off the back porch and fly for days. Seriously that is all I want in this life, but the EUC is the closest thing I can get for now.

SO SWEET, yet paralysis on wheels. Any that push motorcycles, or just motorcycle heaps, know having even a small crumple zone is a huge difference. As is having a much heavier vehicle than rider (it is thrown slower so takes more impact and functionally ejects you away). When it comes to small stuff a front and back wheel and handlebars can save you from getting real messy for a slippery road, hidden hole, or weird mundane looking trip hazzard.
fr i ride euc but i aint got the stones for this one its fun to ride around in small residential areas but i leave the big road stuff to my car to eatch there own
Cagers always say something similar about motorcycles, too scared to live a little. Yes it is risky, more if you are knucklehead, but with proper gear common sense, awareness and self-control it is a blast!

After watching this speed vid and your Lynx crash vid, You ever think about a, "how to crash," video for people trying to learn how to safely train their limits? I'm always wearing knee, wrist, helmet, sometimes a jacket w/ back/shoulder/elbow level 2B pads. Just had a slip in a corner that makes me wanna consider coccyx/armored shorts so I feel more confident about letting it, falling on my butt, but idk if that's a bad habit to begin forming. I don't have the MX history you do, but I've always enjoyed riding technical stuff on my DRZ400/DR650/2 strokes, always just trying to improve my skills in handling, and EUCs have been fun as hell to pick up.

I'm a new rider, just bought a V12HT with a flat tire and changed it as my first task before trying out EUC. Got it fixed.. wondering what you ride for balance angle? Or what you'd recommend for new riders. I've found currently I like 0 degrees the best
Farther needs to be the focus more than speed in my opinion. We can cruise on anything but the highway at this speed. Range range range now man. Need that 6000wh mas pro out so there is another level to hit!

I never rode the ET in the rain much, I did get it pretty muddy and went through some huge puddles and it didn't mess up. I think this is begodes best wheel I have ever tested, It should be plenty water resistant.

The v13 does not have near the acceleration and torque that the Et max has, that being said I still like the v13 for cruising off-road due to the big tire, it makes wide open trails incredibly fun. I would get the Et max, and take a few weeks to really get to love it. You will not like it at first but a few weeks into it you will be happy you got it. It’s a thrill, be careful on it! And I’m so glad the vids inspired you, makes me smile reading that!

Honestly, if you have the funds, do it. If you're keen, you can learn the bigger wheels quickly. You won't regret having the headroom. EX30, Commander Pro, ET MAX, Commander Mini, Lynx, Blitz. You can't go wrong. Personally I wouldn't start too small, unless you have never done anything balance or athletic in your life.

Lynx best all arounder I have tested, The ET Max the fastest street wheel. Sherman L probably best long range wheel. The blitz looks like a strong contender to the lynx but have not tested it. And the Xway is the new trail wheel that begode came out with that looks sweet. Cheers!

@@JustDrivinAZ yes, you have option to turn off all tilt back safety features and just listen for the beeps. They get faster and quicker between sequencing as you get near the top speed of what the wheel can currently output with the battery you have left. When you hear any beeps it’s wise to back off and slow down. Cheers. It’s called riding the beeps when you are going full speed. Also a common term you will hear is “respect the beeps” Because if you disregard them and push through you are risking a full speed cut out. Which is no fun.
Went with the et max from clarkspads was cheaper than anywhere else and the guy who owned the company texted me to ask what color free fairings I wanted. They shipped it the next day on a Saturday from Cali.
At higher speeds, they don’t brake as fast as a motorcycle, I currently ride a v13 and at 50mph, a sport bike will stop in almost half the distance, most larger EUC can slow down, you can dodge whatever, but complete stops take a little distance, cause by the time you swing your weight to the back and it starts stopping delays when brake engage, unlike motorcycle, start stopping instantly when you grab the front brake.
I do think that people always put speed into the 1st category of fun. The truth is speed is the most easy trick on any moving stuff. You just need a brick head and gut of steel. I don't get into speed much. But a moderate speed less than 40mph is useful. More than that it become sport specialty that is not my every day life. But EUC win over me not for the speed but by the fun and the freedom I never have before. I do think Bicycle and EUC are both nice moderate sport. Though Bicycle is a little outdated and boring unless you have the skill to do crazy thing. EUC as you get into it you will be surprised that you can do a lot more than bicycle with very limited skill set. A very wonderful device that make you think you're supper-man with almost no skill at all.

O is good to start on. I ride at -1.2 for street and -1.5 or so for trails, and adjust my pedal softness accordingly for those too.

EX30 is the 5th and best wheel I've owned. I have 4200mi on it at avg speed of 45mph. I've been riding for 5yrs, 2 msx's and 2 exn's.
