Hi had made “Jowar Smoothie” today it was delicious & filling. I start my day early have breakfast by 8:15 am and use to feel hungry at 11:00 am use to drink Tea , which I did not drink today and did not feel hungry.

1. Jowar sattu is flour of roasted jowar seeds. Can we use that, instead of, roasting jowar flour?
2. I have sabja seeds at home. I know sabja and chia are not same, butcan sabja be used here?
