    The heat of the summer seadon is fast catching up here...
    Wanted to know instead of apple what else can we add to make a smoothie.....
    Also I need to know how to make jowar upma...
    Can you post a video on the same...
    Here we can get whole jowar... so do i need to powder it in the grinder for rava like consistency...
    Also for making the upma.... do i need to first soak the jowar for sonetime...

      Hi had made “Jowar Smoothie” today it was delicious & filling. I start my day early have breakfast by 8:15 am and use to feel hungry at 11:00 am use to drink Tea , which I did not drink today and did not feel hungry.

    Please, clarify two things:
    1. Jowar sattu is flour of roasted jowar seeds. Can we use that, instead of, roasting jowar flour?
    2. I have sabja seeds at home. I know sabja and chia are not same, butcan sabja be used here?
