      I agree a longer practice is best. For the shorter classes add some of the other focuses to round out. Certainly inversions etc. 🙏🏻

    First time here. Thank you!!! I was able to do all of it with the exception of (close the end) the moving from toes in dandasena back and over with the feet to the wall. This one immediately made me very dizzy so I just rocked side to side with my knees bent. The next was the cross bolsters one which I didn't understand until it was over. I think next time I'll be able to that using folded blankets to set it up. Thanks again!! That was a very helpful class.

      Hi Theresa, brilliant. As we practice we find what the body needs. Props are all different sizes as are all of our bodies. Take your time, adjust and modify where you need to work with your individual structure. Enjoy 😊 All my best,🙏🏻

      Dear Federica, I know what you mean. Even Dandasan used to be a dread for me. Gradually over time and continuous practice, my body started to respond and surrender to the quiet and the calm benefits.
