First time here. Thank you!!! I was able to do all of it with the exception of (close the end) the moving from toes in dandasena back and over with the feet to the wall. This one immediately made me very dizzy so I just rocked side to side with my knees bent. The next was the cross bolsters one which I didn't understand until it was over. I think next time I'll be able to that using folded blankets to set it up. Thanks again!! That was a very helpful class.
