Cheers for the Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Niyaden Niybigail Blaster (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a good exclusive product for understanding how to strengthen shoulder and hips minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my best friend Jordan after a lifetime of fighting got amazing results with it.

You say the nuts must not be processed. Does buying halves or broken nuts count as processing. They are much cheaper, but I wasn't going to buy them if they are compromised. There is no health benefit then.

I just watched another video about Brazil nuts. It was said that "out of all the nuts, Brazil nuts have the highest amount of phytic acid which binds minerals *including selenium.* If you consume them raw, you'll have too much phytic acid and you'll block not only selenium, but also zinc, iron, magnesium, and calcium, as well as chromium, manganese and copper." Thoughts?? I just recently bought a bag of them and am confused over all the different information out there on it. 😞

They, like most of those mentioned, are not nuts. Eat pistachios. They are fine stuff to eat .. but not by the pound.

Christopher Walker advises against eating almonds, peanuts, pistachios and walnuts for men because it may lead to low T levels.

I guess if you're borderline female and don't want to be, that may be a concern.

Please eat in moderation as nuts are high in oxalates and likely to cause kidney stones. Though less oxalates in pistachios (really a seed).

There's no fresh all kinds of nuts here in Canada! You can't find fresh one. Months and years old nuts you can buy which all of them have already lost their properties!

Cashews are high in carbohydrates so keep them to a minimum. Peanuts are moldy and covered in pesticides. They are also healthy GMO'd. Best not to eat them at all.
