My Mexican mom will get a kick out of this, especially since she also loves ramen (we lived in Hawaii for 10 years). I would suggest adding quick pickled red onions and/or some charred green onion to this.
I am fortunate to live literally five minutes from an absolutely amazing Mexican restaurant here in Coluimbus Ohio that specializes in Birria, and a few months ago they added a Birria Noodle soup to their menu. The Birria consomme paired with noodles (egg/ramen whatever) is just an amazing combination. So nice to see Birria gaining international recognition outside North America.

I had birria tacos for the first time many months ago. Ngl, pure as it is in taco form, with pho, with ramen, its the best. Birria is that one cousin that can really bond well with anybody and anyone!
This recipe is absolutely amazing!!! Since it is a bit difficult for me to find authentic birria tacos/ramen, making this dish is the next best thing. It is so easy and flavourful! It is my go-to recipe now - and I let my meat marinate for 1.5-2 days for EXTRA flavour. Delicious!
I made this - amazing and going into our regular rotation! Highly recommended to all watching! Thanks marion. Your recipes are fabulous and I'm so glad to see you getting the recognition via subscriber numbers!
Love that Marion always showed her version of how to cook a dish and steps for those who don't really know how to cook a dish they never tried or tasted.
There’s nothing about this recipe that I don’t love to pieces! I might add some pickled onions at the end, but it really doesn’t need anything. Thank you, Marion, you’re a genius! I am so glad I bought your most recent cookbook, due to be shipped in April 2022, which is just a bit more than a week from now!
Genius recipe indeed!!!!👌🌹🌶🌶🌶 Birria with a Ramen Twist!!... Birria and Ramen are top notch favoites internationally... but toghether: heavenly! Thank you so much for being a huge inspiration to all of us being insanly in love with food! Lots of love Esther🙋🏻♀️💖🤗
Made this for my wife 2 weeks ago ,requested for Sunday this week again, so good and easy ,with a ramen cured egg it is a bowl of heaven ! I forgot the lime last time .
@@Marionskitchen Birria Pho, who would have thought with some diced onions, cilantro, thinly sliced red radishes, a squeeze of lime juice and top it off with chili oil. 😋
Ohhhh I am going to try this one for sure! Thank you thank you thank you so much for this recipe. I love me some beef barrio tacos, this is another level!
Oh daaaaaaamn 🤩 i am crazy for Asian and Mexican cuisine so this one sounds like an ultimate ramen for me. But i guess i'll have to make a BIG batch cause whenever i'm making ramen (out of your recipe ofc) i have all my friends and family asking for a take out. 😅
Hi Marion You seriously have to be the best fusion chef. I love all your amazing recipe’s !! Could you swap out the beef for chicken chops ( thighs with bone in)? Keep up the great work mate👍
Love that you've started doing the timestamps and checkpoints throughout the video! Really helps navigate it a lot when I'm looking for certain parts :) I'll def have to try this recipe sometime, thanks Marion! Where did you buy the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce btw? Never seen that in a regular grocery store.
I cant believe I hadnt thought of this. i loved the oil for frying the tacos or quesadillas, but you could even toast up those noodles in there too! Would totally try this sometime. Even when the Birria thickens, the sauce is so good, I just put it on everything (eggs, quesadillas, sandwiches, ect.) -
I never ate ramen, my kids love them, but i started watching your channel and now i have to buy more ramen 😂 and i was introduced to so many new flavors
This is what I love to see. The sharing and merging of 2 different cultures. None of this ignorant finger pointing claims of "stealing culture" nonsense.
Looks so juicy and luscious, especially that meat. You can use that meat for many other dishes too. I’ve never had a Mexican soup, I will try it some day.
Looks delicious! Saving this recipe for sure. I have found cooking ramen noodles separately and then adding them creates a cleaner tasting end product. 💕
Beef fat is so good and butches here take it off because people here don't want it🤨. I have started to save it from my roasts and use it in other meals. 😋 this looks great!
I had this today at a restaurant near Atlanta. To me it tasted like SKYLINE Chili with ramen noodles. It was good. And this recipe looks like it would taste the same.
Here's a tip, when you're at the store look for some higher quality instant ramen. You'd be surprised that a lot of stores now will have some. They'll usually be a bit more expensive, maybe three dollars for a pack of two, but the texture is so much better than the 30 cent maruchan packets.
That looks so delicious. 🤤 there’s a place in Castlecrag called Yang’s Ramen and Tacos and I like to order a beef brisket taco along with ramen. You’d think it wouldn’t work but it does. I only stopped going because I’m Gluten Free now. Will give this recipe a go with either GF spaghetti or Vietnamese rice noodles. Thanks so much. My tastebuds have been bored lately! Love and thanks 💗🙏
@@jessmaher2610 yes it’s really yummy. I usually have the Toripaitan CHicken ramen. I still prefer the tonkutsu pork and fish soy sauce ramen at Ryo’s Noodles although Ryo’s is a little too fatty and I have to skim some of the fat. Lex @Yangs tacos are delicious particularly the beef brisket he actually kicked off at Chica Bonita Manly. My other fave taco place in Sydney. They sometimes have different specials on such as Uni tacos (sea urchin) or Mahi Mahi. If you haven’t tried these 3 places give it a go. Enjoy!

Brilliant! Thank you.
A gd idea! Enhance the taste! Delicious 😋
how do you make traditional Mexican pickle red onion or onion/jalapeno? great idea!!!
@@slopro search “ethan chlebowski pickled red onions” here on UA-cam, it’s exactly how I learned to make it. Same process can be used for jalapeños.

I have become a birria taco addict and soooo appreciate this recipe!!! Can't wait to try this one real soon.

I’ve got to save all these wonderful cold weather recipes you’ve been fixing lately and make them when it’s winter here in the USA.
This is a fusion that will really work perfectly. Well done, Marion!
