You can pull fuse F76 for a minute or so to reset the Uconnect screen. That's a lot easier than disconnecting the battery, especially on hybrid models or gas models with stop/start that have two batteries. It appears yours does not, but most gas models made after December 2016 have stop/start. It would be necessary to disconnect both batteries to remove all power and reset anything on those models.
@ruley73 so what fuse would you expect it to be when there are NO uconnect fuses referenced in the owners manual for a 2013 Chrysler 300 only thing remotely close is in the rear PDC by the battery in the trunk labeled "radio screen" and another one labeled "radio"
Connect screen was black. Could not fix with any UA-cam suggestions. Reset attempt with volume and tuner buttons. Removed fuse. Disconnected battery. Nothing. Later, sitting at a stoplight, I hit the CD eject button. Everything came right back on. Very strange.
Do you have auto start/stop? If you do there is a secondary battery that keeps power on. If you pull the fuse it will take power off. If you did that and left it out for a few minutes and it still doesn’t work, further troubleshooting is needed.
Yes, that would work if the infotainment is part of the body control module circuit. My guess is that it is. I you try; and it works, then you have proven it's tied to the BCM. Let me know if you ever try it.
You can also press and hold the power and browser buttons for 30 seconds while the vehicle is on. That should reset it.

Great tip! I do not have start/stop so its pretty easy to disconnect with single battery, but I definitely agree with your comments.

I have 2017 Chrysler 300 disconnected the battery for like ten minutes an the radio fuse isn’t blown either

i have a regular key ignition. will it work for mine? i have a 2012 chrysler 200.
Yes it will, just follow the procedure with key positions…don’t go past the “on” position, you don’t want the car to start.
What about the flickering screen that never goes away after pulling fuse

Or just push the POWER button just below the monitor. At least silly me didn't realize one of the kiddos pressed it and turned off the screen.
