    Good morning / evening. I really like the look of that small power hammer! Just recently been upgrading my setup for knifemaking, and a power hammer would be massively useful, but I didn't think that I'd be able to get one that would be fairly compact, yet still be powerful enough for my requirements, but there is no doubt that the 15kg one would be ideal! Thanks for the vid, very useful and informative!

    As a garage smith I like the idea of a dinky hammer. Old lady with kitten strength, so this is great for me. Smallest USA version is the 33# hammer from what I saw on the Anyang site.

      @@jmc22475 Hey mate, I know this is a 2 year old comment but just wanted to ask a few questions in case you did end up getting the power hammer. What's the noise level like and is it possible to have it in a garage in a suburban area? Just wondering as I'd prefer the power hammer over a press, but this is my only worry as I've heard some incredibly loud hammers, and some fairly quiet ones, just wondering where this falls in that aspect.

      @@dt2419 I have one of these hammers, great little hammer, the biggest question is what are your neighbours like. My wife says it doesn't worry her when she is in the house and I am using it in the shed which is about 4 meters from the house. But she said she can certainly hear it.
      Hope this helps

    Can the 40kg be run off a 240v plug? And does it need a concrete foundation and base?

    • @AnyangST
      @AnyangST 2 роки тому

      doesn't request seperate foundation if your concrete floor thickness over 150mm or more. 40kg hammer with 3 phase motor with a VFD can run in 240V. please shot your other questions to sales@anyangst.com

      @@NigelBarnettArtistBlacksmith You sure about that? I spent 6 years working in Germany and only ever saw black, and then only on building sites, not a smith of any sort in sight, unless they were all moonlighting in the world of timber. Where did you see the black/blue thing?
