Great workshop!! It would be greatly appreciated if Snapdocs would provide the professionals with as much information as possible when they send out the text blast. A lot of times it doesn't offer the # of pages in the document, if scans are needed, etc.

My understanding that each state and signing company has different rules. I would ask the company that gives you the assignment and see how they want you to proceed.

I am a CA notary moving to NV in the next couple of years. Thinking about using Snapdocs. Can I transfer my experience/feedback to NV when I move?? Just don't want to start from scratch in NV. Thanks

Hello. Be aware that in some states, including California, moving out of state automatically terminates your Notary commission. If this happens, you can no longer serve as a Notary in your old state and must apply for a new commission in the state where you now reside. @@NationalNotary I am fully aware that I will have to surrender my CA commission. My question is when I move to a new state and become a notary in that state am I able to transfer my Snapdocs profile to the new state with the exception of the notary tenure? ie experience, number of signings performed, etc. The only thing new in my new state will be my commission. The way this system assign you assignments is extremely unfair. If you are a new signing agent your rank will be so low that you never get signing jobs.
