BMW M5 F10 Forged S63 engine, Nikasil coated cylinder block and hybrid turbos by GND Motors LTD

Im planning to facelift 2012 f10 520d onto 2022 m5cs,
Those kits and lights r plug and play,
Im thinking to buy a s63 engine and install it,then make it a project car (0-100) 2sec
How much hassles its gonna be?
