The ISPR had said that there was “ intervention” . Read the latter word whichever way you want but stay mindful of the context of the USA asking Pak for an airbase to carry out operations in Afghanistan. And if you disbelieve this, look up Dawn newspaper dated 8 June, 2021 which is available on the net (on US negotiations with Pak for bases).
DG ISPR clarified there was no foreign conspiracy, rejected Imran Khan's allegations.
Btw khan sb has told that the sc did not see any documents regarding foreign conspiracy but as far I know the minutes of NSC meeting were made available infront of judges before the verdict came.
