Why is the Army chief talking about foreign policy? Isn’t that the job of a foreign minister. Pakistan can never move forward.

I don't know about the West in general; however, my impression is that America's relationship with Pakistan is, uhh.....complicated at the least. I'm not surprised the decorated general would like the power of the US to be on his (or Pakistan's) side, yet we have heard this kind of talk before. All in all, the situation in Pakistan does seem critical at the moment. Just my opinion.

In Pakistan, the Army is Punjabis, not Pakistanis. These Punjabis earlier cooperated and served the colonizer British in 1857 to quell the revolution of the Indian mass with utmost cruelty at that time. Pakistan army is like mercenaries, they like to serve the interests of the West for their personal benefit, not for the benefit of Pakistan. The British knowing about the dubious character of these Punjabis awarded them the title of Martial Race. These Punjabis earlier served the interests of the Americans by bombing their fellow Muslims in Afghanistan. Today the Afghani people hate Pakistanis, including the Taliban who hate them for stabbing them in the back. It is very clear. Bajwa wants to re-establish the lost relationship with America because he has sensed that due to lack of support from America their army and weaponry and armoury are badly suffering. Bajwa has understood that till the time Imran Khan would be at the helm of affairs as Pak pm, the relationship between Pakistan and usa would never improve and if it does not improve then Pak army is going to suffer very badly. So, I think that Bajwa is being slightly far sighted and trying to take steps to repairs the damaged relationship between Pakistan and America.

I prefer western Politics than Putin dictatorship. A Russian citizens are getting around 700 Dollars a month. While Western around 2500 Dollars. Why simply because they are not stealing from their people. You don't see many Russian living the rich life in Russia but in Western countries. The Russian Oligarchs understands where the money is which is why they had strong ties to UK, before Putin decided to fully invade Ukraine. The American Dream isn't myth you can achieve it by your own investment. While in Russia you only can keep on dreaming. Well living in Germany I learned alot of European history. I rather honestly stay in a Western Country which gives me democratic rights than the now revived Soviet Union under Putin.
