Where did you get your stencils?
Any tips on how to sell a job ? Far as big companies, how could I contact the owner of a wal mart or a airport ? Those jobs are HUGE in profit I’m sure
How much you charge and how you measure?
Need a contractors license to do this also. It’s mixed in with sealing
My question is with a lot of these jobs how often do you clean the ashalt in advance? And do you clean the entire parking lot or just pressure wash areas to be striped?
This is the one thing I’m trying to figure out.

We washed just the areas scheduled for paint and did it same day.
what my crew does depending on job is we go and blow the dirt and rocks away with blowers then we crackfill and seal coat and next day do striping

FYI tip, in California your accessible parking spaces and access aisles must meet California Building Code Chapter 11 which is different than ADA compliance. Inspectors will be inspecting your work using accessibity codes, ADA is a civil right, not a code. But here's the hard part for you, you still have to be ADA compliant or you and your business can be sued in a civil lawsuit. Get a set of 2022 CBC accessibility laminated quick cards from Bullders Book. Best of luck and sucess to you, God bless

They rent them. Safe-t-lite has them available. But lots of sign places have them available

Would have to pull up the file. No time for that... lol... but we also fid pedestrian lines. Installed signagen metal posts, curbs, stencils, etc
More than just stalls. But if you REALLY need to know. I can pull up the folder and see exactly.

Just brought a Titan PL 3500 striping machine. I charge $20 dollars a stall versus how everyone bids.
Would be nice to know how others bid.
