    I just realized that I incorrectly grip the steering wheel during my long, daily, stressful, white-knuckle commutes. Tennis elbow has been pretty painful because of it.

    Shopping bags, laundry baskets ,health workers using lift pullies for transferring disabled.. so any weight not held properly. Women also tend to have long fingernails & cannot close their fist correctly i just realised when trying to engage those muscles..
