    I have a question my nephew is 11 years old he's a offensive lineman and he's 158 pounds but he's struggling to do 1 pushup. Can you give me any tips on how to fix that please 🙏

      I would suggest he start to do pushups on his knees at first until those are easy. He can also start bench pressing light weight with dumbbells or a training bar
