Best straight forward and factual answers to how to become shifty playing football I have ever heard on any video because if the kids today will just go outside and play more street ball I promise it'll make them become better athletes without all the expensive equipment.
I agree with this a lot, i used to play tag every single day in elementary and i never did sports but my friends think that i am shifty and i never understood why i was until you said this. Thank you
It’s definitely a new way to think about it! But if you think about it. Older players had elusiveness and didn’t have the highly advanced equipment and technology. They played games on the playground and out in the yard
I have an agility ball from skillz i throw that about 10 feet in front of me and its unpredictable where it goes but i chase after it it’s actually fun and good cardio
New sub, thanks do you have any drills for fast kids around 13 that aren't very good route runners. My son is very fast at 13 he's ran 4.6 in the 40 he will get faster as his body grows but he wants to be a good route runner. Asking for help I never played a skill position only linebacker.
Every time you train your speed, make every sprint your best effort. Then rest several minutes in between sprints. You need to rest in between sprints so you can be full strength every rep. Train 2-3 times per week on your speed Time yourself or race somebody Jump high, far and often
@@cabtraining thank you I’ve been training sprints for around 3 weeks and lifting for 6 months my 40 increased a whole second and I’m getting faster with football coming up thank u
