As dawn breaks, we wake up to the sight of orange-hued sunrays. However, this picturesque setting is punctured by the cacophony of traffic instead of the melodious chirping of birds. Yet, every now and then, we spot a bright, colourful bird or hear a unique tweet-tweet that gets us curious about the creature creating the lilting call. Kiran Purandare, the wildlife expert and naturalist with an in-born talent of imitating bird sounds of more than 70 species of birds, studied and observed the natural habitats of the birds by spending more than 1300 days in the Nagzira Sanctuary. He is so accurate that even the birds respond to his imitation calls. He exerts himself to spread enough awareness about the habitat of birds and the potential threats that they may face in the near future. Through his research and observation, he found out that the Bird population is alarmingly declining. He also states that if proper countermeasures are not seriously taken, there could be extinction of many species of birds. His research clearly highlights the widespread industrialization and urbanization of societies as a major factor for the decline of bird population. Where exactly is this place in Uttan Bhayandar?? Coz the Rambhau Mhalgi ctr is a training ctr for politicians and their number is always busy. I stay in Mumbai and would love to visit this nature trail. Please respond.
आमच्या बेडरूम च्या बाहेर एका पक्ष्याने घरटे केले आहे. आधी ते दोघे नवरा बायको दिसायचे. पण आता खूप दिवस झाले दिसले नाहीत. मला वाटतंय की आता तिथे नाहीत ते. तर कोणी पक्षी तज्ञ सांगू शकेल का की, ते पक्षी अजूनही राहत आहेत की नाही. राहत असतील तर चांगलंच आहे. पण नसेल तर मग ते घरट काढू शकतो का.
