@fishyarmy9850 yeah I held off buying it cause of how much I heard people talking smack. Finally gave it a try and fucking LOVE it. The story, the gameplay, loved it all and want more. No idea what people's issues are, only had a few times where the game either crashed or had stutter issues which just required me to mess with some settings. It's insane how spoiled people are these days, their biggest problems are some frame drops or a crash in a video game.
Not that you asked but I will throw my opinion out there. Overall, I found the game to be boring. The story didn't hook me either. Fallen Order and Survivor were amazing games in my opinion. Outlaws was average to mediocre. I don't think being released in the wake of the Acolyte helped either. I have been a Star Wars fan for a long time. A Star Wars product hasn't destroyed enthusiasm for the franchise like the Acolyte did since the Last Jedi. In other word if not for the Acolyte, I wonder if Outlaws would have been received more favorably. In summary, a lot worked against Outlaws: the pre-order pricing structure sparked controversy, the game ended up being mediocre to average, and it was released on the heels of one of the worst Star Wars projects of all time. I'm not trying to hate. I definitely would like to read more on why you enjoyed the game so much. Maybe I am missing something. May the Force be with you!
@@Snackattack1138 because it’s unique, and the syndicate factions. And she’s a smuggler, etc. a lot of different things I like. The stealth gameplay on and on….i love Star Wars
The placeholder cutscenes remind me of how unlockable concept art, animatics and behind-the-scenes videos were much more commonplace in games up until the late-PS3 era. I suppose the prevalence of UA-cam and social media these days negates the need to have those kinds of things as in-game unlockables any more, but there was just something so special about games that gave you a mini 'making of' feature after achieving 100% completion.
Is this game worth playing? It looks pretty interesting. Plus, it is the first open world Star Wars game and I love open world games and I love Star Wars
Az, I love your content. I love your enthusiasm for Star Wars. I love seeing the additions you make to your ship collection (I hope you got a new shelf by now). Having said that, I think Outlaws is something you and I will have to agree to disagree on. May the Force be with you!
ha! I'm in the process of moving out soon so I shall make sure I have plenty of space to display the ships! I appreciate you being respectful, thanks for watching!
So 3 weeks ago funnily enough I was at a non recordable meeting Ubisoft through teams for university lecture and Q&A and it was NDA to the ubi guy for what he showed about massive snowdrop engine and features in it used to create Star Wars outlaws this event was pretty awesome because we (my university & us students) learned that EA or for the likes any company that made Star Wars games the assets are Lucas films games and that they used multiple other Star Wars games assets while making outlaws and as such they also I believe used some tatooine assets from the EA games to make tatooine they also used this procedural grid based in engine tool to create buildings from 8 parts that can be placed on the grid and alter the model in engine for rapid prototyping this allowed for insane amount of variety but yeah Lucas film games actually own every piece of modelled game assets but credited to ubi and person who made them etc
I don't know what happened to me other comment. But you can delete it in case it's pending or something. Anyway, thanks for sharing this interesting info. Cool video.
If only this game would have been about Han Solo or even Lando. But no, they gotta go the route of an unknown character and the worst sneaking mechanics ever!
It makes it even better. I dont want to play as Han. Plus in the time that it is set it would make no sense. I like being able to find out someone's story. Kay is really cool and Nix is lush! Finding out about them has been very interesting. Nd-5 aswell! Then in the game where you have a unexpected moment like meeting one of the old school legendary characters it's really awesome. Especially when you beat them in a game of Sabacc and take there Credits 😁👍🤍. Iv not even finished it yet and I'm 60H in just been taking my time and getting all the stuff upgraded and exploring different places. I will be soon though. Love the game!!!
I'm fine with a new female lead, but why make her ugly... should of made an attractive girl.... would of sold better. Stop making women like square jaw men

I don’t get the hate on this game it’s super fun and the graphics I think are really good
Frl, people hate on anything Star Wars makes these days? 🤷♂️
I completely agree, I really enjoy it.

Ah, the most maddening part of any video game. Looking into the files and seeing what might have been.

it is 100%
Bro. You are helping to keep this game alive. I cannot wait until the next DLC. Still waiting on NG+
They could do A Boba Fett DLC as he is in the game
The closest word in Star Wars to Rokana is (Canon)
"Rokkna were a species of massive, tentacled sea creatures native to the planet Castilon."

@@A7ZATRU No problem, buddy. At the end of the day, we all love the same thing (Star Wars).
Ibhave now played it from start to finish 6 times and love it
hopefully lots more DLCS after the next one
Any Star Wars Outlaws DLC update 2 news? Isn't the second dlc supposed to release in Spring 2025 yet Ubisoft hasn't given us any news on it this year.
Nothing yet, probably something around Celebration in April
I can't wait to see how Bombastic spins this!
😂 one of the reasons why I put clear disclaimers in a lot of my videos, and yet they're useless when they're ignored!
I can already imagine the title "This Star Wars Outlaws Cut Content is Insane!" 🤣
Did you get the fathier?

That's a great piece of info, thanks a lot for sharing!!! It makes tons of sense
Those Aqualish models are a different sub species than featured in the game
good catch
What program are you using to extract from star wars outlaws

great video, keep it up!
I’m disappointed that last part was all blurred.

Cant believe you copied Bombastics video before he even had the idea...
Smh
(Im kidding, grest video man)

Original character= great idea
Using legacy characters for no reason= bad idea.
We don't need more Lando or Han at all

That's why this game was such a success! 😀
